Kitchen aid es referencia de productos, este no es la excepción. Una vez que conoces los niveles de tostado y el resultado, la utilidad del producto es muy buena. Muy buena calidad de los materiales, diseño también elegante.

Bought in August 2022, worked well for the first few months, then started to be a bit capricious : impossible to recook a toast immediately after it has heated up, have to wait for it to cool down, otherwise the lever seems to go right back up .
After less than 10 months of use, it is completely broken. Last week the lever stopped working. When the lever is lowered, the toaster indicates that it is on (blue light) and rises immediately. We had to hold the lever down to cook a toast. Today it has completely stopped, no more light, no more heat, etc.
This feels like planned obsolescence. Really disappointed to have such a low quality product from Kitchen Aid (a brand I trusted). I hope the company will read this and try to solve my problem. The only suggested solution on their website is to plug the toaster/check if the outlet is working… thanks but that’s not it.

I had a KithenAid toaster for many years! Probably the first toaster that really worked for more than a year. I ordered a new one. Was willing to pay more for good quality. The toaster was horrible and I sent it back and replaced it with the same model. The 2nd toaster is as bad as the first. I tried to call the support phone number and got a message that the number was no longer in service. I have only had the toaster 2 months and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I would love for customer support to assist me.

We’ve had this toaster for just under two years. Lately it hasn’t been toasting evenly. Dark on one side of the bread, light on the other. For a toaster of this caliber I would expect it to last much longer.

We bought this model for 5+ years ago and it was time to get a replacement due to basic wear and tear. I was very surprised to see the same exact model is still available so I bought a new one. The only thing to watch out for is the handle to lower the toast is plastic so it finally wore out and came off after so many uses. Not a deal breaker but lasted a long time for the money. It’s easy to clean as well.

I felt like I didn’t need a toaster with a digital screen lol, this toaster has all the features you need. Have used it for a bit now and the toast is always evenly toasted, the bagel function works well too. Crumb tray ejects with a push button which is nice and it stays put if you store the toaster away and bring it out sometimes. Easy enough to clean.

Love the look and makes good toast. Good value I bought another one of a cheap kind It was plastic and constantly burned my toast. I feel like you can’t go wrong with kitchen aid It’s such a better value.

My old toaster was taking 10 minutes to toast anything. So I’m happy with the new KitchenAid toaster. It is a bit pricey and larger than some others, but it works great, including flexibility to toast bagels and thick bread items.

Need a new toaster for morning breakfast. Didn’t want a cheap model, nor did I need a cadillac model. This toaster fits the bill. When it arrived, it looked great with its stainless steel finish. Also has extra wide heating elements for thick toast, bagels, and waffles. Even has an alarm noise to let you know your item is finished. Toaster does the job! Quick note, run a few slices of toast through the toaster to remove the “new item smell” from the toaster. Would highly recommend this toaster if you’re in need of one!

The toaster is solid feeling, easy to use for my visually impaired husband and does a good job toasting evenly. I’ve experimented with bagels, English muffins, and toast – both frozen and fresh and they turn out evenly cooked on both sides – which is a blessing after the last few toasters I’ve owned. My only problem with the toaster is that it toasts very slowly and is hotter than I’m used to. I’m now toasting English muffins on the lowest setting and then cancelling in the middle of the cycle because the muffins get way too brown. I would recommend the toaster but I’ve learned to be very careful about the settings and to watch the product as it’s toasting so that it doesn’t burn.
