Works well, nice and quiet. Quick to shut off when you want to. Sexy and sleek looking, compact and fits in a tight space. Note: one reviewer said something about a silicone seal degrading. There are no silicone seals in this unit I have purchased. Clean and working perfectly. Tics me off the white color costs more though. Why???

I waited for almost a year before I finally pulled the trigger on this kettle; I was thinking maybe I should get something higher capacity but this one fills my Fellow french press so it’s certainly adequate in that regard. Turns out it looks beautiful in the kitchen, heats very quickly with easy to use temperature controls, and it’s very quiet when filled to capacity. No regrets.

Had it only for a day now, but set-up was smooth. I’m disappointed that the Guide setting doesn’t have an option for Oolong teas. Most frustrating, however, was that the Extended Warranty is not available to anyone outside the USA. Be aware of this when you’re planning to spend so much money on a kettle.
While it seems solid so far, I’m still not that sure it’s worth the money.

I spent months trying to find the perfect electric kettle when I finally came across the Corvo. I had been certain it would be easy to find the perfect solution for <$50. However, practically all options at that price point were aesthetically unappealing, or lacking in functionality. The few I found that seemed nearly acceptable often had a slew of complaints regarding shoddy materials and craftsmanship. So I chose a price point I felt was way more than I'd ever feel worth paying, and that's how I stumbled across the Corvo EKG.
I spent another month or so checking out the company Fellow, their other products, and customer reviews before I felt comfortable to budget so much money toward an electric kettle; I’ve long since decided that it was absolutely money well spent.
I love everything about the Corvo EKG: its aesthetic, function, and size.
Aesthetically, it is perfect in my opinion. The minimalist design is pleasingly streamlined. It catches the eye but doesn’t scream for attention to the detriment of its surroundings.
For its minimalist form, the Corvo EKG is packed full of function considering its one button to rule them all (practically) design. With the exception of the HOLD mode and Fahrenheit/Celsius toggle switches on the back, the front button/dial controls everything with remarkable ease. Press to turn on/off twist to set desired temperature, and press and hold to start a countdown for the built in brewing timer to begin. The HOLD function is great for when I’m wanting to make a single cup of tea but might want another; or, for when I get sidetracked by something and forgot I put the kettle on 30 minutes ago, but I come back to it and it’s steadfastly guarded that ideal temperature for me to finally be able to enjoy a cuppa. On the rare occasion that I’ve completely forgotten the kettle was on, the automatic shutoff feature limits the consequences of my fauxpas to a minimal amount of wasted electricity and water as opposed to a destroyed kettle and possible house fire.
Some may scoff at the size and water capacity of the Corvo EKG; however, considering the speed at which it can attain a desired temperature, this little kettle is more than enough to stand up to the demands of an individual. I use mine for a single cuppa here and there, occasionally to brew a small teapot’s worth, and cooking cup ramen in my room/office.
If I could change anything about the Corvo EKG, it would be to incorporate HOLD mode Fahrenheit/Celsius toggles into the single front button in the form of unique button press sequences (ex. Two quick presses toggle HOLD on/off; three presses and a turn of the dial will switch temperature scales)
The only concern I had when purchasing the Corvo was after reading about the difficulty people were having when ordering via Amazon. From the reviews, it seemed as though people were receiving an inordinate amount of DOA kettles. I felt I was rolling the dice ordering through Amazon, but mine came on time and in perfect working order.

I love my kettle, it’s easy to use, boils very quickly and looks great on my counter.

I had the gooseneck version of this kettle and used it 5-6 times daily, for over 5 years. Great things: you can set the temperature, it will remember the last setting, it will hold the temp for 15 min and then shut off. The fat spout pours quickly. With the gooseneck, which I prefer for its form, pouring is an intentionally slow process and it made me impatient. When the gooseneck died, I deliberated over making the purchase again and used a basic electric kettle with no temp control or temp hold function and hated making tea every time. It is a spendy item, and it seems crazy to shell out over $200 when the basic kettle was only $20, but for the amount of use and joy I get on a daily basis, I feel it’s worth it. The material and construction is also high quality. Remember to clean it per the instructions before first use!

About a year ago I decided I really needed an electric kettle. I have always resisted using a gadget for this purpose and just heated water on the stove top in a pot. Works just fine. Although in the last year, I’ve had a few instances of getting sidetracked/busy and forgotten about the water and finding a scorched pot that needed replacing and even more scarily, worried that I was going to start a fire. Chalk that all up to getting older and forgetful. I have been researching electric kettles and even trying some. Nothing was just right. Too big, too heavy, plastic, etc…. And then I found this tea kettle. Priced wayyyyyy more than any of the others. After having spent so much time on research and not finding anything else, and part of wanting this is for safety, I splurged on it.
Couldn’t be more happy. Perfect size for just me. Heats water quickly and quietly. It’s still fairly new with having had it for 3 months. But I drink hot tea throughout the day and year round and it gets used multiple times every day.
My only 2 complaints about it are so minor that it’s still a 5 star product for me. First is not a big deal…I wish the ready chime could be louder. I can be standing right next to the machine and not hear it with the other noises in the kitchen. The 2nd thing I’d change would be to have measurement markings so that I know how much water I’m putting in. I don’t mind re-using water the same day. But at the end of the day I do wind up having to dump water out. Could be dumping out less water if the measurements were molded into the interior, like the Instant Pot.

A beautiful statement piece on our counter. Heats water quickly. Love the convenience of the built in clock and timer.

Necesitas agua caliente, mejor que el microondas.
