As a cooking enthusiast, dad and grandpa investing in the Cuisinart 17-piece Cookware Set was a decision I don’t regret. From the moment you unbox this set, one thing is evident: durability is no issue. You can tell these pots and pans won’t scratch or dent if you look at them wrong.
The even heating feature of this cookware set helps me cook perfect meals without burning edges or the center.
Did I mention the non-stick surface? I can slide an omelet from the pan straight to my plate without leaving a trace behind. Cleanup is a breeze!
In terms of variety, the set is very generous. With seven lids, a strainer, three skillets, a large pan, and an array of pots, I have the ideal tool for every recipe I want to undertake. The large pot works great for mac-n-cheese or boiling eggs.
Trust this dad: the Cuisinart 17-Piece Cookware Set is a game-changer. After using it, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.

I love the weight of these pots and pans! Not so heavy that it bothers my hands, but just an overall good weighty feel. I have enjoyed cooking with them. I hope they will last as advertised. Would make a great wedding gift!

UPDATE!
I’ve used these for about 6 months now and stand by my earlier review. I have noticed a few scratches on the outside of the cookware from being stacked in my cabinets but the inside is still scratch free. Clean up is a breeze, I have never put them in the dishwasher. So if you’re on the fence about this cookware I still recommend it.
I bought these for my grandson because I thought they were what he wanted for Christmas but alas! This is not the brand he requested. His mom bought the set he wanted so rather than return these I decided after 35 years of using the same pots and pans I deserved a new set. I am so glad I did! I’ve used them daily since late November and I absolutely love them. They’re weighty enough that they can take heat but not too heavy for my arthritic hands to handle. The handles don’t get hot on the stovetop and clean up is a breeze. I’ve used so much less oil than I used to when sautéing or searing and the flame doesn’t have to be as high (I have a gas stovetop) to get the same cooking temp. It’s recommended using wooden or silicone utensils with them which is not a problem at all for me since that’s all I’ve used for years. I’ve not had a problem with any food sticking nor seen any scratches and I’ll admit I stack them inside one another since I don’t have the space to hang them.
If you’re thinking about these I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to clean, heat disperses evenly when cooking, and quite an attractive set as well. I designed a cookware rack, built, and installed it for this set. Our family loves them! Lightweight, durable, and affordable. You can’t go wrong with Cuisinart quality. I love this set, enough said. (The whisk set was not included, and not all pieces are shown.)

I bought the 10 piece Cuisinart set about a month ago and ever since I’ve been expecting it to fall to pieces, burst, turn to dust, explode, vanish in thin air, etc. etc… anything that would give me a reason for the low price of 140$ which is 400$ in stores. The truth is, it’s too good to be true. But it is! This is the best cookware set I have ever seen by far. Nothing will ever be able to stick to these lovely pots and pans, no matter what you do, so be ready to say goodbye to all the non-stick sprays, oil, butter and soaking and scratching. They don’t even need harsh soaps for a moderate cleaning up. It is true that they can burn food, but the instructions say that these are not meant to be used at high stove-top heats anyway, use a low to mid heat and everything will turn up wonderful. They are really good for slow cooking and can also go in the oven up to 500 degrees, which is required for some food I like to make. The glass lids are useful when making rice or seeing the color of vegetables but they can spill if nor handled properly due to the design, which could certainly improve since they are, unlike the pots, not very easy to clean. My handles have never got too hot unlike my previous Faberware set. I adore the small skillet which is just the right size for a 2 egg french omlete, in general, the sizes are logical and all come in handy. It does say they are metal utensil safe, which is not exactly true since it’s OK with a fork or spoon, but any hand held electronic gadget can scratch the interior a little. Also, although the dark gray outer finish is beautiful, it seems that the colour will be wearing of in time.
To sum it up, if you’re willing to give some extra attention to this good-looking set (drying after hand washing, preferably hanging and keeping the lids clean) this is a deal you must not miss. BTW, It arrived very quickly and was packed great by Amazon. You won’t be able to use any piece in this set at high stove top heats, so get a cheap large skillet for that kind of job, give away your old set and buy this one like I did. I doubt anyone will ever regret it. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could due to the not-so-good lid design facor. Still, I love my cookware set, will probably be using it for at least 10 years to come and recommend it fully to anybody.
EDIT AFTER 6 YEARS
I’ve just gave away this set after 6 years of daily use. So, they didn’t last for 10 years as I was predicting in my initially overly psyched review, but I still think it was a great deal for the price. Now that I have more money to spend and need a more professional level cookware set, I’ve replaced them with stainless steel Fissler pots and pans, which in my opinion, are the best you can get for any price, anywhere.

I expected the steamer to be bigger size for boiling spaghetti other than that everything is perfect

I’ve only been using these a month, but so far I love them! Non stick, easy to clean (handwashing 😞), and look really nice!

Quality of the product, durability, ease of cleaning, years of service from our old set, over 25 years of service.

This was a gift for myself, as I do most of the cooking, and they are really nice pans. Yes, if you have the covers on for a long period, the handles get a bit warm, but I typically use a towel when cooking so it didn’t make a difference for me.
I had an issue with one of the skillets after only a couple of uses, and customer service was excellent in providing a replacement. I registered these immediately for the lifetime warranty after receiving them, and it was pretty simple and quick, as was the process for interacting with customer service.
I take very good care of these pans, including hand wash only, no metal utensils, and storing in the cupboard with the cardboard inserts they were shipped in. I believe they will last a long time with proper care. Cooking with them has been great, and cleanup is fast/easy.
