I have been using these pots and pans for a while now and they’re holding up real well! I use metal utensils all the time and they are amazing in nonstick and toughness. However there are two thing about them I do not like, that’s why only 4 stars. The lid handles get very hot and the bottoms on these are very slippery, constantly sliding off the burners….very frustrating. Thanx for reading!

I love these pots and pans. Cooking is a dream, clean up is a snap, and they heat evenly. Not to mention, they’re pretty good looking too. Best purchase ever!

About a month in, and so far they live up to the billing. I purchased these to replace my cast iron (too much hassle). I’m giving it 5 stars, though 4.5 stars would be more appropriate.
Pros
– Clean-up is super-easy.
– Truly non-stick.
Cons
– While there are no scratches (yet) on the cooking surfaces, the outside surfaces scratch super-easy. They’re already starting to look like low-quality schlock.
– The advertising says you can use metal utensils, but the instructions in the box say to not use “sharp” utensils. I’m sorry, that’s deceptive to me.

I cook and bake a ALOT. I previously had two very high quality sets of pans which are both still in excellent condition(Emeril pans and Wearever pans) I fell in love with these diamond pans at a vacation rental and my husband bought this set for me even though I already had two great sets because they are far superior to the ones I had. I was incredibly impressed with the quality when I received them and having used them for the last 6 weeks they have far exceeded my expectations. These are actually all nonstick and incredibly easy to clean. The handles don’t get hot when cooking with them and I have a gas stove and are also very ergonomic. I love that the skillets stay hot longer than other brands when you remove them from the heat so when the food is finished cooking you can pull them off the burner so it stops cooking but it stays warm for quite a while so your food doesn’t get cold. They look really nice so I wouldn’t be opposed to serving from them. I love that they’re nonstick and you can use metal utensils in them without scratching. I had an expensive fancy copper skillet(supposedly nonstick) not true at all. I gave it away when I got these since they truly are nonstick. Also this set came with so much more than most sets at this price. It is an incredible value. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This set is perfect for my cooking needs. The lid handles have enough room for ones hand to be able to take off of the pots. But, there is one big drawback,unfortunately the handles get extremely hot. They should be made with materials that stay cool to the touch. It’s just human nature to just take off the lid with your hand. Don’t-use a hot pad or something made out of silicone to save from burning your hand. The pot handles, being of metal also stay cool to the touch. Other than the lid handles, it’s a perfect set to cook with.

I have an incredibly useless memory and sense of time passed. If I don’t put a timer on I will forget I’ve got something on the stove. I *had* the Heritage the Rock set of pots and pans and I loved them. But I destroyed them. :-(. So I needed a new set as it would be too expensive to buy each separately. The Heritage was too expensive for me. Then I came on the Granitstone. I decided to give it a try. I’m in love. :-). All of the pots are a bit smaller than what I had and I’m good with that. I no longer cook for many, just for myself. Smaller is better. :-). I made the right choice. 🙂

I bought this set to replace an older set of another brand that were scratching and honestly not performing up to the standards I expected. These work great. The non-stick surface is exactly that – non-stick! It makes them so easy to prepare food and clean. They look great too. The lids fit well, and the handles are solid. I really like the vent hole in the glass lids too! The heat distribution is good and even, one of the most important features. I would be proud to give this set as a gift!

Nice set of pots and pans. Very easy to store it. Cleans good however every now and then it leaves a residue which requires some scrubbing. The handles do not get hot while cooking on the stove.

This is my 4th pot set.. and so far the best. I did some research first and I seasoned all the pots and pans and followed the instructions it came with, the non stick works great! The handles stay cool to the touch when cooking and it is pretty durable on the inside. But they do scratch easy on the outside no matter how careful you are. If you want good non stick durable set this set is perfect. And you can’t beat the price for all the pieces it comes with.

When I purchased this product, I had my reservations on how well I would like them.
After many uses, I think they are well made.
The only drawback is the handles on the lids. They get very hot and require some type of insulation when handling.

We have bought the copper colored ROCK pots before these. We still use both however I do not fear scratching the surface od these when stirring or mashing veggies in these pots. I do use plastic utensils for the most part but very happy with them.
