Got these for my mom kinda regret it because she can’t use them she ends up cutting herself because they are so sharp but she loves them and no one can use them when we come over
The seller replaced the OEM ones with knock off don’t buy from him –
I took a chance on these after seeing them on numerous sites saying there were a great lower cost alternative to a more expensive brand. What I received was a cheap, lightweight, low quality set of knives. The blades were easily bendable and the block had an off putting odor. I returned these knives and ordered a set of Dalstrong.

These knives are super sharp! They won’t disappoint you. Last set of knives was from Macy’s and I had to sharpen them for each use. Not with the HENCKELS knives! They are well worth the investment!

I use my set daily and they have held up well so far. Self sharpening is great addition. I hand wash, but cleaning is easy and takes minimal time. Have enjoyed using these so far!

We got a set a JA Henckels knives as a wedding gift 15 years ago. They held up so well that I knew when it was time to update, I would buy Henckels again! SO GLAD I DID. This set is stylish, sleek, and I don’t know who loves the self-sharpening feature more: me, or my husband!!
The block is larger than our last set which was smaller, and we’ve committed to handwash these instead of dishwasher to preserve the integrity of the metal for even longer. Our goal is to still be using these knives 15+ years from now.

These knives are excellent. Delivery was on time and item is as described. Super sharp and dishwasher safe.

The knives are okay. They will do the job and they are sharp. However, they are not the quality I expected from Henckels knives. I ordered these knives as I wanted a new set with a sharpening block. I have an older set of Henckels that I have used for over 15 years. They were very high quality and I loved them, I wish I had just spent the money to have my old knives professionally sharpened instead.

I got these for my kid in college who likes to BBQ . Great for cutting meat.

Nope – I can’t afford Zwillings forged knives but J. A. Henckels knives are always good value. The self sharpening block is a welcome feature. They feature good weight and are well-balanced. I like that the block is black and not a wood grain. Every knife style you’d need on a regular basis.
Time will tell how good the self sharpening works as I have no experience with this.
CON: the shears are on the smaller side but work well. The outer box had a rank manufactured smell to it but thankfully didn’t transfer to the product.
