What an awesome little light. This is perfect for the side door of my house. I wanted a light that was small and can turn on and off automatically from dusk to dawn. The light is pretty compact and feels very sturdy. It’s a bronze color and the housing is made of aluminum. The LEDs are sits behind a flush frosted plastic and can be used with or without the include diffuser. I like that it includes 2 types of diffuser ( a short and tall one depending the look and light output you’re looking for. I also like the ability to change the light color by just a push of the button. There is another button to turn off the light sensor.
Installation is easy if you have install or replace light sconces before.

I did my research before picking this product. Lihtonia has been in business for over 75 years, with no bad incidents. Be sure you understand this light has to be installed into your electrical system. This keeps you from having to replace batteries, or depend on sunshine to have light at night though. If you’re a Handi-Guy then that’s great, but I had to have my handyman install mine. Which is why I gave it a 3 star on installation. He said was very confident about the product, and says he’s installed many over the years.
On well-know name brands such as this I check other sources before purchasing. This price beats the big box home improvement stores.
It has levels of lighting from sunlight, to cool blue. The purpose of this is to control the types of bugs, that are drawn to certain light levels. The LED bulbs are power saving, as well as the photo sensitive switch. The switch also keeps a bright light from coming in the window all night, keeping you awake. It looks very classy against brick or siding, (I have both). It does need to be shielded from harsh weather.

I’ll be honest, I misread the description. I work days and my daughter works night and so we needed something that was dusk-to-dawn and since I though it was solar powered, it wouldn’t cost extra to leave the light all night. Then I opened the packaged and discovered that it needed power.
I didn’t need a light for the front, but I did need one for the back and so I installed it there and I am still playing with the different lens options and the lighting since we will be using it to find out which neighborhood cat is stalking our back yard.
The quality of the product appears to be good, but it will take at least one season to be sure.

I received the Lithonia Lighting OSC LED SWW2 Outdoor LED Wall Pack Entry Light with Photocell Dusk-to-Dawn, Dark Bronze.
We have a number of the Lithonia Lighting Outdoor fixtures all around our rural property.
We have always been more than happy with all of them.
We did need a new back porch light to replace an old one that came with the house, so that is why I ordered this light.
For starters:
– Yes, you DO NEED to use wiring, or existing wiring, with this light.
– Although this light has a Dusk-to-Dawn Photocell, you STILL need electricity to operate this light!
– My husband easily installed this Light using the existing wiring from the light we replaced.
– This light has an interesting feature with the option to use the 2 different sized diffusers, or no diffuser.
– As with all the other Lithonia Lighting Products we have bought, this one looks awesome!
– Concerning the Dusk-to-Dawn feature with the Photocell; It works great for the most part, but if the light has been installed in an area with a lot of dark shadows during the day, the Photocell may not turn itself off. But YOU can turn it off!
We are again very happy with another great Lithonia Lighting Product; the OSC LED SWW2 Outdoor LED Wall Pack Entry Light.

The Lithonia LED entry light is a great security light! I got this to replace a light that was on my house when I purchased it. The fixture was old and I couldn’t find bulbs to fit it, so when I saw this one I had to get it…plus I love the Lithonia brand. This is a high quality entry light that has a dusk to dawn photocell. It puts out a lot of light and I feel a lot safer with the front of my house lit up. I highly recommend this light!
