Important Note: THIS model does NOT make two different sized ice cubes (which is fine with me).
This is the second ice maker I have owned and a different brand. It is far more compact yet makes the same type of ice cubes — and so quickly! The basket seems small but it holds plenty of ice. It’s portable and has a handle. I contacted the seller’s customer service with a couple of questions and they were outstanding!

We bought this machine because my fridge ice (inside) dispenser stopped working the first year we bought it. The cost to fix that dispenser wasn’t worth it. We’ve had this machine for a month and it’s been wonderful. Pure ice and we only use distilled drinking water in it. I plan on using the cleaning solution June 1st and I will try to update that process. To me this product is worth it. I currently have it in my garage…we hangout there during the summer.

Trying to add data not covered in other reviews.
I checked noise because it does seam louder than expected. Counter has tile backsplash and stone top sitting under upper cabinets. I think this is what is amplifying the noise level.
80db at counter within 3’
72db 6’ away and 64db 12’. We have open kitchen into living spaces so it is noticeable white noise
First cubes within 10 min. Fills tray nicely but one of my concerns was melting i e since the plastic tray is not insulated. I feel this is a shortfall trade off because it looks amazing on the counter
Using distilled water i go theough 1/2 a bottle a day but when ice is in demand ive found the machine cant keep up. So the 25lb fits budget and counter space but i think production and ice melting are the two trade offs
Does it meet the need for hosting? Yes if you start it first thing in am. I have started moving some of the ice to tge freezer.
Would i buy this maker or recommend. Absolutely. It will eventually make its way to my camper and ill be upgrading because it makes ice so nice. Ive always heard sonic ice but no going back now. Ive turned off my refrigerator machine.
Thus is the perfect priced entrance level machine imo. I will be getting the larger quantity but same size ice.

Ordered this icemaker for my family. We have five kids and it keeps up with their ice usage. It makes just enough ice at one time and doesn’t take long to remake either. It only keeps the ice for so long since the ice holder isn’t refrigerated but it does recycle the water from the melted ice to remake another batch. I’m pleased with the product I received for the price that I paid.

I chose this model because I thought it might be more reliable than some others. I have only used it once. I filled the water tank twice. I was able to fill my large water bottle with ice and place four small bags in the freezer. It produces ice very quickly. The ice tastes great. I like the small cubes. This will pay for itself since I will no longer buy bags of ice at the grocery store.

Made the first batch with 7 minutes and then every 7 minutes after that until the water container emptied. Would give it 5 stars if the water container and ice bin were bigger.

Produces ice quick in about 10 minutes and you get a good amount of ice out of one fill also very easy to fill the tank. Very happy with this ice maker much better than paying a ton of money to fix my refrigerator ice maker.

I like you can make 2 sizes of ice bullets and it makes the ice fairly quickly.
The machine isn’t very noisy. No more than a quiet dishwasher, and it’s not constant. I don’t even notice it most of the time.
I don’t like that, before the catch bucket gets full, the ice sticks together at the top, which stops the ice from continuing to make ice.
I have to physically knock the ice down to start the process going again.
