These were to be my husband’s good driving gloves and dress gloves. We made the mistake of thinking that because these gloves were expensive (over $90 a pair). they would be beautifully made and of the finest leather. We expected them to be soft as a dove’s wing. In fact, they felt just like his every day gloves which cost about $29. These new gloves were machine stitched, and quite ordinary. They were not particularly soft. Don’t buy something expensive and expect high quality and expect something special–unless you are familiar with the brand name. Or unless you have seen and felt them, This is not an item which can be bought by virtual inspection.

I always wear a large glove. I ordered the large and had difficulties getting my hand through the opening. Nice-looking but very small. Had to return it.
