Yes, I’m a belt and suspenders Boomer. And I’d finally had it with the crappy suspenders you get at WallyWorld, etc. You know the ones–they sort work for a little while, then the elastic gets stretched out and/or the clips get bent. This is after you’ve continually re-clipped them throughout the day when the clips slip off your jeans.

Well, no more of that nonsense with these amazingly good suspenders! For the modest increase in cost over those cheap ones, you get nice, heavy, tightly woven elastic that doesn’t stretch out. You also get clips that don’t bend; I don’t think you could physically bend them with your hands, they are very heavy duty. And, they. stay. clipped. I’ve only had one clip come off one time, when I caught the latch on the door frame of my vehicle when getting in. Otherwise, they just don’t move.

If I ever wear these out, I’ll order another pair immediately. These are just that good, and I consider them to be excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I bought these to hold up my summer motorcycle pants. The pants are waterproof, have kevlar pads, and therefore are heavy. These suspenders have clips strong enough to hold the pants in place. The pants had a tendency to slide down a bit, especially when worn over blue jeans. The clamps on the suspenders are stamped metal. However I would expect that in this price range. The straps are a bit elastic, which makes them quite comfortable. The straps are wide, so they rest comfortable across the shoulder.
However, the clamps are not as heavy duty as shown in the product listing picture. There is no design embossed on the buckle as the ad shows. For the price, and considering how infrequently I wear these motorcycle pants, they are great value, and I would buy again.

I own several of these and they are by far the best suspenders I have ever used. They’re strong, the clamps hold well, they are very comfortable, and they’re great for me to wear to work. They aren’t dressy, if that’s what you need but, if you need everyday suspenders that you can count on to keep your pants up, then these are it. I received severe spinal and nerve damage in a car wreck a couple of years ago, and belts create too much pain to wear daily now, so I had to switch to suspenders. I went through a LOT of different brands and types and then I found these, which work PERFECTLY for me.
