Breville Nespresso Vertuo BNV220 Coffee Maker

This coffee machine is very convenient to use and can quickly fill a cup of coffee. But the attached coffee capsule is not my favorite flavor. I hope that sellers can provide more choices for buyers, which will make us feel better

I’m obsessed with this, i wanted something easy to make my coffee while taking care of my newborn. This is perfect and the coffee is always perfect so many options of coffee and my husband starting using this over his coffee maker daily

Purchased this for my wife’s Birthday and all I can say is it worth every penny. The machine works just like a Kurig, but better. The espresso pods are of great quality and a variety of different flavors, and comes with labels to see how strong you want your brew. Some of the pods are powerful and worth every penny.

Once having decided to purchase an espresso machine, I hmm’ed and hawed over type: semi-automatic (approx $500+) or simpler Nespresso. Already have a good drip and grinder, and I did not relish the thought of a complicated process. But the Nespresso, while a low-cost unit, is a more expensive cup. Plus, the pods must be re-cycled (for which Nespresso has accounted).

In the end, I decided on the Nespresso Vert (not the ‘Plus’).

And so far, I am quite pleased. The coffee / espresso has good taste (though not as rich/sweet as a well-pulled shot), and it is good enough for a functional cup of drink. The pods also allow me to have easy variety, including decaf. The Vertuo produces cream, of sorts, but it is somewhat bubbly. I don’t care.

Could be hotter, and adding cold milk or cream, cools it even faster. Therefore, I first nuke a bit of cream, and then make the coffee into that cup.

Finally, the footprint is minimal.

Bottom line, the Nespresso works for me, and I recommend it to anyone with similar expectations/requirements.

This is my third Nespresso Machine. The first two (Warranty coverage) were the Next Model which I learned very quickly is a terrible to use machine. Nothing but problems. It was replaced once and when the same issue started again the warranty would replace it again. I was out another coffee machine. The coffee itself is what keeps me as a customer. It’s the best tasting best quality of a single brew machine.

This machine has been brilliant. It’s a big bigger on my counter. But it’s quieter. Built better than the Next models and still easy to use with zero issues up to this point. Highly recommend this model or any model other than the Next models.

I use my machine every day and there are so many pods and different types available that mu possibilities are endless. I’m just happy that I don’t have to pay for starbs all the time anymore so I’m saving money in the long run for quality coffee and lattes at home. I personally have not had an issue with lukewarm coffee temperatures at all but have been keeping up with cleaning maintenance so maybe thats why? Super easy to use machine. I’d recommend buying the actual pods on the nespresso online store or at their boutique because they are a fraction of the amazon prices. Glad I got rid of my Tassimo machine for this. Absolutely love it!
