Purchased for layering, but wanted something lightweight that would go from one season to the next. This shirt fits the bill. I wear it walking on cooler days and it does keep me warm. Some wicking fabrics can feel stiff or like plastic – but not a problem here. The fabric is smooth and comfortable. I like my shirts on the looser side so I sized up. For reference I’m 5’8, 150 lbs and a large fit well through the arms and gives me adequate wiggle room. I feel like a Medium would have been too confining. The other plus is the black doesn’t appear to attract lint or pet hair, so it looks crisp and clean throughout the day.

I purchased this as a cheap option to wear underneath my smock to keep warm to soothe my joints because I wanted something that fit well, was water resistant and dried quickly not leaving me shivering in the back room at the pet grooming salon I work at! But honestly I’ll be buying more because they work so much better than I thought for being like $10. They fit great, I forget I’m wearing it underneath and am wayyy more comfortable at work. I have sensory issues so that makes it 5 stars right there. I just got black because I wear black and grey scrubs but there’s lots of color options! This is definitely a must have for people working in the medical or veterinary and pet grooming field!

This was a nice looking tee shirt, but it was sized incorrectly. This was done at the factory, not the size as labeled. Judging by the measurements, this might be either a medium or large, NOT XX-Large. Going to donate this to charity with a note attached about the size.

I ordered this in blue and the color is amazing. This cool blue is my favorite color to wear and oftentimes hard to find. This is not the same quality of a more expensive cool dri shirt and I can’t see it holding up for more than a season. I can tell it will pick very easily and I am not sure how well it will stand repeated washings. I also ordered this shirt from another retailer. I can say with all certainty that the reviews that claim these shirts are all made differently is so true! The other one I ordered was no where near the same as this one and they were both sized the same and the same color. If you get a good one, it is a great one season shirt. For the price it is a good buy. It is soft and comfortable. Very thin and you can see through it. I wear it over my bikini top while kayaking and it works great. Keeps the sun off me and I don’t get hot while wearing it.

I wanted a basic long-sleeve tee to wear on vacation. Wanted it for layering not working out. Hard to find tees that are not that slippery lingerie-type material. Finally found some basics by Hanes.
I am 5’3″, 68 yrs, and about 165 lbs. I ordered the XL. Fit perfectly. I ordered in 3 different colors white gray, black. All fit the same. Sometimes black tees have a different fit but these all fit the same.
I cannot confirm shrinkage at this point because I have not washed them yet but because they are mostly cotton, I will be washing on COLD and hang to dry just in case.
Fabric is very soft, not all that heavy but that’s good because I want them to layer under one of my husband’s denim shirts (as an overshirt) and/or a sweatshirt. Very nice. Basic. Classic. Affordable.
I recommend with the caveat of washing on COLD/hang to dry.
