The machines itself is AMAZING. This would have been 5 stars except that my purchase came with the milk frother and there lies the problem. First time I used the frother is was perfect, second time it overflowed even though I was below the max line and the third time it burned the milk. I would suggest purchasing the machine without this frother and buy a different one.

Works like a charm, every morning, brewing coffee better than you can buy at a coffee shop (at least around here). We don’t live in Seattle or anything like that, but this is the next best thing by our estimations.

Despite wanting one for years, I hesitated to purchase a Nespresso due to all of the horror stories I’ve heard and read. I decided to conduct some research and happened upon the VertuoPlus, which earned mostly 5 star reviews and seemed to have very few issues. I remained reluctant because the machine had recently been introduced. After considerable time and ongoing research, I noticed, to my surprise, only minor complaints (Nespresso is no longer making the 14 ounce capsules seemed to be the major issue), so I decided to purchase a VertuoPlus. When I signed on to Amazon and realized that the price was reduced to $159, I couldn’t hit the “purchase” button fast enough!
I’m delighted to report that I couldn’t be happier with my coffee maker. It’s extremely user-friendly (automatic temperature, auto fill, no thinking required) and it makes the absolute best coffee in the world! I’m accustomed to incredible coffee, but this surpasses any coffee I’ve ever tasted. My only regret is not purchasing the VertuoPlus sooner! It arrived with a lovely assortment of coffee and espresso capsules and I’ve ordered many more. Their customer service is excellent and they’ve even sent a generous “welcome gift”. I love that the company recycles the capsules free of charge. I’m hooked!

It is difficult to find the pods, one needs to order them online. I received my machine around the Christmas holidays and it was very nice to have for our gatherings, it allowed us to offer our guests, something special! Once I had discovered what pods to order, according to our likes and dislikes it has been smooth sailing. Very easy to clean up, the experience with our Nepresso machine has been positive, I find it very easy to give it a five star rating!

Taste absolutely amazing. My keurig is so watery and not strong and this machine makes it tastes like it’s from a restaurant. Makes amazing espresso as well. Only thing is that the pods you need are very pricey. They are at least one dollar per pod, which doesn’t sound like much but it adds up quickly. Makes it’s own froth on the top, add a flavor shot to it and it tastes like it’s from Starbucks. The espresso option on this though really made it worth it to me.
