Gets me through my workout

I’ve been using this product for about five years with great results. This latest batch has NO flavor. I mean it takes like water using the same amount of powder. I can’t tell any difference in the gym, so I’m concerned I’m not getting the energy boost that I used to receive to get the kind of workout I want. Don’t know what happened, but I’m afraid to re-order this as I don’t know what I’ll get.

Seems like everything these days costs more. I think this product delivered as advertised and was a fair price. Good flavor too.

It will give you an energy boost and a bit of a pump. I add some creatine to mine for pre workout. The fruit punch had the best taste.

Solid pre workout IMO. I’ve taken many. This one works well for the cost.

This stuff is comparable to c4, but is half the price. If you combine it with some bulk creatine it becomes a super cheap very effective pre. I use this before workouts and sometimes even on hard to start days. Its a ton of caffeine and just the basics. If you need n20 or creatine, you will have to add that yourself. Good entry into doing your own sports nutrition.
