Worked good for the first few days as far as helping with digestive issues. Took it for 30 days, but didn’t notice any difference.

These are the best probiotics I’ve ever taken. I do not believe they cause weight loss, but I also don’t care. I have tried a billion different probiotics over the last 20 years and these are the ones I am sticking with. I had adult cradle cap(can’t remember the real name) and this is the only thing that finally started helping, along with the shampoo (that did nothing on its own). I also do not get bloated with these and I definitely have a more regular BM schedule. Like I said, they are my save & subscribe and I plan to stay on them for life.

I took this supplement once, with a meal replacement shake every day. There’s no nasty after taste either. I weighed 248 when I got these and now I’m at 242.2, in only a week, so I’m going to be sticking with this. Another thing, the canister is filled to the rim with product, not half air so that was a plus lol

I’ve only been using this product for about 5 days now, but I can say I can tell a difference in my energy level and curves my appetite as well and definitely helps with bloating. It is easy to swallow. So far so good. I will report back bout in about month. Only reason for 4 stars is b/c need more time to see how it does for me.

Update: I changed my review from 1 star to 4 because the seller reached out pretty quickly and I got a refund. Also, I went back to Physician’s Choice Women’s Probiotic with the pink label. I really like those and should’ve never tried to switch!!
I’m not sure what’s in these that didn’t agree with me, but every time I took them within an hour I was throwing up and had miserable diarrhea for three hours. Done with these things!

I started taking these because I wasn’t losing weight as fast as I would have liked. I lost about 2 pounds in 2 months before. I have been taking these for about 2 months now, and have lost an additional 5 pounds!!
While I wont claim that the pills CAUSED the extra weight loss, I will say they helped me achieve my goals. I noticed decreased bloating almost immediately, and the decrease in appetite helped me hit my calorie deficit goals.
