Review after 5 days of taking it daily: A prescribed rx I’m taking for weight loss has caused me to be a little slow in the digestion department. I have felt backed up for weeks. My doctor suggested I try a probiotic to accompany my weight loss rx. She suggested Culturelle. I seen they had this one that specializes in weight management so I figured why not?! After taking it for 3 days I was finally able to “relive” myself! What a relief! Continuing to have normal movements. I’ve had no side effects from the probiotic. I also feel like this helped me through a plateau I was having with losing weight. Cant say for sure that it was the probiotic, but I feel less bloated now and that is amazing! I would highly recommend giving it a try. Obviously this isn’t a magic weight loss pill, but is something great to accompany you on your weight loss journey!

I have been dieting for months and wasn’t losing much weight at all. I started taking this along with dieting and I’ve lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks! You should also watch “Hack Your Health” On Netflix. They explain everything about the importance of having a diverse & healthy gut microbiome. This probiotic is working along with eating 20-30 different fruit, vegetable & nuts throughout the week. Oh, and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

The capsules literally work within MINUTES of taking them will have you going to the bathroom BUT they will give you bad cramps when you first take them I would suggest you do it on a day you have nothing to do that day till you know how they will effect you I have taken only 1capsule and have been to the bathroom twice within 5 hours so when you first use it use with caution so as to not get caught in a bad place
