Lovely eyeliner, goes in very smoothly and doesn’t run at all. My only issue is, it’s a retractable liner and in comparison to the pencil housing, the liner is only a 3rd of the size so quite expensive for what you can use

This was the statement on the product page. I read the description and decided to give it a try. It’s a nice eye liner, applies smoothly. I’m not sure it’s worth the price. Also, it says it’s not as black because older women shouldn’t wear a harsh black. I can’t say I notice the difference in the black compared with the other 2 black liners I have. Again, it’s a good product and I like using it. Will I buy it again? I’m not sure.

This glides on smoothly (a feat on my aging eyelids), stays on, is easy to smudge using the handy tip, and is a nice dark shade of brown, which is less harsh than black. I have honestly tried over a dozen eyeliners since I grew old enough to worry about them, and this one is truly the best.

When I opened the box I immediately thought how short the pencil was…. 5 1/4 inch long from tip to end of the pencil including the buffer…….and I also thought that the price was rather high. Then…I tried it !!!!! OMG…..it goes on so smoothly and the Wood Color is very very nice. It stayed on all day. I have never had an eyeliner that went on so smooth….for the first time, I was able to apply my eyeliner EASILY……I AM SOLD. NATURALLY, YOU KNOW VERY WELL THAT I WILL BUY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN….may be they will revise their prices…..one can only hope.

I’m very impressed with the eyeliner as it goes on so smoothly and doesn’t pull on my skin! It is creamy and the color taupe is attractive. I’m 73 and some products just pull at my eyes-which don’t need any more stretching at this point! I do suggest a bit of primer though, if your skin is oily, as the eyeliner tends to spread out after several hours. Overall I’m pleased with the color, consistency and ease of application.

This eyeliner is just average. My biggest complaint is that it does not last for more than a few hours, especially on my lower lid. I hardly consider that “long-lasting.” The color is good. It goes on smoothly. It doesn’t bleed. But that’s not unique to this pencil. There are other eyeliner pencils that do the same thing but don’t cost as much. I was hoping this would last because I love the navy color. It doesn’t and I’m disappointed. I’m going back to a liquid eyeliner which does last all day.

UPDATE: Used every day for a month now and the eyeliner still glides on beautifully without pulling the skin around my eyes and has not dried out or broken off in pieces at all. I am very careful to make sure I put the lid back on it each time after use though.
I’m 57 with fine lines around my eyes, thinning eyelashes, and slightly droopy/hooded upper eyelids so I’m not looking for a miracle worker or anything but just a nice brown colored eyeliner that I can use during the daytime to enhance and define my eyes a little and make them pop. This PrimeEyes Eyeliner for Mature Women is certainly not the cheapest eyeliner on the market and in fact is quite expensive, but
it seems to go on smoothly and easily and doesn’t pull at the delicate skin around my eyes when I apply it. I dont want dark thick lines of color around my eyes but prefer a more subtle look and so far really like the versatile way I can use this eyeliner almost in layers to build up the exact amount of color I want. I’m not very good at using the ‘smudger’ on the opposite end of the eyeliner yet and am not sure it is a feature I will end up using, but am happy that the color stays put once it is on and doesnt bleed or melt as the day goes on, leaving me with dark racoon eyes. I also like that I can wear this when in the pool as it is water resistant. Other reviews have commented that the eyeliner tends to dry out after a while and bits break off – I will certainly update this review if I find that happening, but so far so good and I’m pleased with the purchase. I also use the brown mascara from this same brand and love that too.
