Starting on day 1 of taking this supplement, I felt much healthier. I recommend this product. My only complaint is that the aftertaste of the veggie capsules is somewhat nasty. Just FYI, the capsules are pretty large, but I can still swallow all three capsules at the same time.

I have been “slammed” both on line as well as in the media commercials on some of the news outlets I watch from time to time about the IMPACT of fruits & vegetables and how -most of us are struggling to absorb enough nutrients from our daily intake or lack of enough fruits & Vegetables.. I have been taking these supplements for over 1 month and at this point in time I cannot point to any real tangible results other than I feel pretty good overall.. I can say that I don’t think they are hurting me either. I was hopeful that I like some I heard in the paid endorsements for this type of product would be all excited and have personal testimony of how my day to day life has changed and Im able to run faster or sleep longer or my joints are marketable improved however not of those things have happened for me.

I enjoy the benefits of this fruit and vegetable supplement. However the delivery did not meet my expectations. These are supplements and cannot be left in direct sunlight. By the time I got home and open the package the items were hot from being left on the front porch in direct sunlight. Maybe better packaging or heat sensitive items would have taken care of that issue.
