I recently had a few Red-light therapy treatments over the winter to help my hair and face, and the ability to do it all at home on my own schedule was amazing. The light has a great set of built in settings and intensities and makes it easy to start for the beginner. The portability of this lamp is great in its size, and cab easily be stored wherever you want or even left out on a table when not in use. The asking price was unbelievable as a single treatment at a spa is more than than this lamp cost.

Updated 3/29: after a month of use the lamp no longer works.
I feel like this is the type of product you would need to use for quite some time to be able to report correctly on. If it is working or not, but so far this comes well packaged nothing wrong with it. The light is bright it’s easy to shine on the spots that you would like it to shine on and I have not had any issues with this product, so far it is operational as advertised

This device has seven different lights. It’s easy to setup and lightweight and compact enough to move from one area to the other. The neck is adjustable so you can get the right angle. I have noticed an improvement of my overall mood after using this for several weeks. I use mine for about 15 minutes four times a week. Use caution to not get the light in your eyes as it can be damaging.

What 5 year old did you ask to type the instruction manual? I’m afraid to even use the lamp after reading it! Come on…. this needs fixed before you embarrass yourselves further! I gave a 4 because I haven’t used the lamp yet and have heard good things about that!

Its very sturdy and easy to use. I appreciate that the directions explain what the different colors are. Setting it up was very simple. I have been using it consistently and I’m not sure if it’s actually doing anything to help my skin. Not that I’ve noticed at least. I won’t give up on it though, I will keep using it.

This lamp uses a number of different wavelengths, although not a completely comprehensive list. I like the timer function and the way you can direct it to various body parts without having to do anything hand held. Hard to say if this has had any effects yet but it seems to function well.

You might be wondering if LED lights would have any kind of real effect on human body. Well, I believe the seven lights could be used to align the chakras in your body. I wouldn’t know for sure, but one thing I did notice, as I was playing with the light colors, I feel I need to go bathroom, as if it stimulated some type of body function. This is just my personal guess though, can’t say it is positive statement because I just experienced this once.
I tried this last night upon receiving it. First, it was easy to install and nicely made, in white metal parts for the base and the stand, except the gooseneck part where it’s convenient for you to turn the light. The controller is self explanatory, you can choose from colors and time, then turn off and on button. There are 7 colors of light to choose: red, blue, green, purple, yellow, light blue, and white.
I am sure I wasn’t feeling sick or the usual time of day to go bathroom. I am also sure I did not eat anything weird last night. What color did that? I wasn’t sure, because I was switching between colors. But my conclusion is that the LED light therapy does work and I think over time, I might see a difference in whatever area I want to improve.

I recently picked up the Red-Light Therapy Lamp, for its potential benefits for skin and overall well-being. The red glow is calming, warm, and pleasant on the skin. The multiple timer settings are nice. I can choose a quick 10-minute dose or a longer 20-minute treatment. The auto-shut off feature is a convenient feature. Using it is a breeze. Just plug it in, adjust the stand to the right angle, and switch on the color of light desired, adjust its intensity, and duration. I mostly use it on my face and neck in red light mode, but it’s versatile enough for other areas too. I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes yet. I am sure that the terms are not immediate. I do find myself feeling more relaxed after my “light therapy sessions.” It is user-friendly device that delivers a unique and comfortable experience. It’s definitely a relaxing addition to my self-care routine.
