I expected these to be cooling like the cooling bars but they’re really just a gel sticky boob that isn’t big enough and doesn’t do anything. Better off using hot and cold compresses with wash cloths

I personally did not like these, I tried to like them but they aren’t as good as other similar products on the market. I prefer medela hydrogel pads over this, they aren’t smelly and too sticky compared to these and the medela ones are reusable for over 24 hours. The cooling effect made me feel like it was a little burn and I didn’t keep these on very long because of it. Honest opinion because I love all other Frida products, just didn’t like this one.

I bought these after I started nursing and they are awesome. I used these for the first few weeks of breastfeeding to help with the burn and the pain and they really worked. I had a cracked nipple and these were a life saver. You should definitely get a few packs cause you go through them fast. They stayed in place nicely. You don’t even notice you are wearing them. Very comfortable.
