I am exclusively pumping and a massive oversupplier, 50+ ounces/day, and it usually takes me anywhere from 45-55 mins to fully empty with my SpectraS1. My husband is now back at work and most of the time I can pump while my LO sleeps but every once in a while she is a stinker and it pushes back my pumping time. I got this manual for those times when I’m engorged and not going to be able to pump or if I need a quick few ounces to feed her since it’s much quicker to get going than the hospital grade pump and the portable pumps don’t empty me fully so I get clogged. I tried this pump out today for a few minutes each side and it was super quick and efficient. I did my usual pump right after and I was fully emptied in only 19 minutes! I am now going to be doing a few minutes of manual on each side before every pump because this seriously cut back on my pump time and I am so excited. I may even try solely using the manual at some point just to compare times. I am so extremely happy o decided to try this out and I may buy another one so I can double pump and save myself another 5 mins cause every second counts when you’re exclusively pumping.

After 3 babies & now on my 4th, this hand pump has gotten me more pumped milk than any other electric or hand pump. I do use rubber flanges to get correct fit. As long as you have the correct flange size & know how to express, (squeeze, squeeze, hold 1-2-3, release, repeat) pump works wonders. & the bottle nipples are a great shape for breastfeeding baby.

As a currently breastfeeding mother, I’ve tried different types of pumps and the Lansinoh breast pump has been my favorite. Great suction and great product!

I am really impressed with this pump. I have an electric pump, and the Evenflow manual pump- this one worked better then both. I liked that it has two settings, one to get the flow (let down) started, and then the stronger pumping. Easy to clean, and assemble. I like that it comes with two flanges and two ducts. Would definitely recommend- great price also.

This works when you don’t have other options. An electric pump works better, this is great for when you only have a couple minutes. Does not empty out all of the milk from the breast.

Better than my momcozy wearables, not quite as good as my wall pump Spectra, but CLOSE! Surprisingly close! I’m usually not even using a flange adapter and it’s close! This thing is amazing. I thought my hand would get tired but it’s not. I thought no way it really works that well, but it does. I’ve started to prefer it to my Spectra due to ease of not getting hooked up! Great for pumping off the top for baby, great for pumping in a hurry or on the go! Easy to clean but lots of parts. Easy to put together after the first go but there is a learning curve. If you are a pumping mama, I could not recommend this enough. I would’ve bought multiples of these instead of my wearables if I could go back in time! PLUS if you have an hsa its covered! such a score!

Good suction but doesn’t work on my nipples so I gave it to the wife

For breast feeding mums this is a must have product. I checked reviews of various other brands before buying this one and I am glad I picked the right brand. I am a true lansinoh fan and all it’s products are just wonderful and made considering the actual requirements Of a new Mum . Along with this I also use lansinoh pads, storage bags, bottles etc. everything is just worth praising and yes value for money too. I will rate it 5 stars and more!!!!!

I actually prefer this hand pump over my wall pump, and it even helped increase my supply a bit. The flanges that came with this weren’t the right size but my medela flanges were also compatible, so I didn’t have to buy replacements. I have only 2 complaints- 1 the valve falls off easily. 2 it gets so squeaky! HOWEVER- this problems is an easy fix, just put some Vaseline or coconut oil on the underside of the handle where it pivots at and no more squeaking!

Very good pump . Suction is good . No complaints

Every woman is different, but this has a WAY better seal, and instantly pulls milk. The medala one is super hit or miss. If there’s any water anywhere in that pump it won’t work. This one definitely seems more reliable. I actually prefer this over the electric pumps. Definitely go with this one.

Perfect for your first moments and months. Or even for non pumping moms , the easiest thing to use with no fuss. Assembly is easy and cleaning isn’t bad at all. If you’re not sure if your a pumping mom or breast feeding this is perfect price to get for leaking breast. Or just engorged breast and you need some relief. Doesn’t hurt and perfect to keep on your side table for those moments of discomfort and wet pjs. Isn’t expensive at all and can you dont feel bad to purchase it. Way better than taking out your pump for the first few days if you’re not sure if you’re going to breastfeed or if it’s your first. Easy to take to the hospital.
