It’s bigger than I thought. But it’s hard to assemble. The pieces would NOT fit together so I just used zip ties and pliers to bend the metal into shape. The $20 shipping was my least favorite.

I liked this cage as much as any other cage. There is one improvement I wish someone would incorporate though. The slide out tray has gaps around the edges so when you remove it a lot of litter stays behind. Why can’t they make the drawer edges slide under the edges of the base as well? Is anybody listening?

Poor customer service, offered only 20% when needed to return. I was so excited to use it when I set it up; I found our old bird passed away right after we set it all up. Brand new, reboxed and set for return with an email offering only 20% back. Disappointed.
