Judging by how fast these disappear, I’d say they are a treat I will keep repeating. They are a smaller size than shrimp pellets. The smaller fish like guppies and platys can and will eat some of them as they fall. They sink pretty fast and don’t cloud the water.

The label has changed from light blue to a dark blue so I thought I got the wrong one delivered. Needs a product page update but this fish food is the best no problems with it otherwise.

La composition me paraît bonne avec pas trop de cochonneries dedans, les grains sont assez fins pour un poisson de la taille d’un betta, pour des guppys il suffit de les écraser pour en faire des plus petits morceaux voire de la poudre pour les alevins, je n’ai constaté aucun problème depuis que je l’utilise

The best fish food! My tropical fish go crazy for bug bites. They’re brilliant, and the size is perfect for my fish. The slow-dropping pellets are super good too.
Fish seem to like it. Consumes it quite readily, although it doesn’t float for as long as I would like.

Bug bites tropical fish food: this food has become a staple in my feeding routine. It’s a smaller food which makes it great for my smaller bottom dwelling fish. My cories and kuhli loaches love these. Even the glowlight tetras will try to catch some as it falls or pick smaller pieces off the bottom. My spotted Raphael catfish also enjoys bug bites, although he prefers the Bottom feeders version as they are bigger granules and he is a bigger boy.
This food doesn’t cloud my water or make a mess, although after I drop it in the tank it doesn’t last long in the water before someone has chowed it down.
Some reviews mention it sinks slowly and others mention it sinks quickly. My experience is it sinks pretty quick.

I haven’t gotten a single complaint from my fish. They usually gobble it up before it hits the bottom of the tank (slow falling). I don’t like when the first number of ingredients are fillers. This has quality main ingredients.

My fish seem to enjoy this food more than others I’ve used. My neon/cardinal tetras had trouble with other pellet foods that were a tad large for them. They consume these with no issues.

some sink instantly and some stay at the top of the water for a bit. my snails clean up any left overs and then have an orgy wherever the granules fell. my neocardinia shrimp didn’t seem to be interested at first but a couple of them will come over and pick at a granule for a good 20 minutes. the smell of these granules is quite strong. my dog is taking extreme interest in it like no other fish food that i fear one day he will eat the fish food.

My fish seem to really love this food and it’s especially good since it will sink down to the bottom to feed the bottom feeders before the mid swimmers get it all. If you have no bottom feeders I really can’t recommend this as it will just stay on the bottom and increase the ammonia levels. So maybe not the best food for beginner aquarists. But if you know what you need for all your fish and you know something will be on the bottom to clean the mess then this food is awesome
