Just a heads up. 70L is only 13lbs. Don’t think you are getting a lot of hemp bedding. Might fill reptile tanks a few times but definitely not a chicken coop (and I purchased 4). Cost more to ship back than to keep them. I will not be buying more from this company again.

I recently switched to this as bedding for my rats and I’m quite pleased with it. Definitely absorbs odors and lasts longer than paper and my rats seem happy too. It’s low/no dust too which is important for their respiratory health.

I’ve not used hemp bedding before so maybe this is normal, but this stuff is very small and fine…it doesn’t even stay in 1/4” mesh. It does however really absorb odor. It makes too big of a mess with baby chicks but would be a good option for adult chickens if you have the money for it-this stuff is very expensive.

Was a lot less than I thought was coming but that was probably my bad. Works okay. Not the easiest to sift but does keep it dry and not so stinky. I use it under my roosting bars in my chicken coop.

I’d like the smaller packaging as I am a senior and cannot pick up the big heavy ones. It was very soft and easy to clean the chickens like it.
