I received the bulbs quickly however they keep burning out within 1 to 2 months of purchasing. I don’t know what they have changed because they used to last forever now I make sure to buy more then one each time because I know it won’t last long.

As the snowflakes danced down during our recent freezing temperature and snowstorm, our little hummingbird visitors needed some extra warmth and care. That’s when we turned to Fluker’s Incandescent Basking Spotlight Bulbs to keep their food just right and their tiny wings toasty.
    Why Fluker’s?
Hummingbird Food Magic: These bulbs provided the perfect balance of heat. Not too hot to scorch their delicate beaks, but warm enough to keep their nectar liquid and inviting. Our little hummers were practically doing the cha-cha around the feeder!
Easy Installation: We simply popped the 60-watt bulb into our existing lamp fixture. Voilà! Instant cozy corner for our feathered friends. No complicated setup or rocket science involved.
Reptile Approved: While these bulbs are designed for reptiles, our hummingbirds gave them a five-star rating. They’re like the spa day of light bulbs—gentle, soothing, and oh-so-comforting.
    The Results:
Happy Hummingbirds: Our little guests didn’t miss a beat. They sipped their nectar like it was a tropical cocktail, even with snowflakes swirling around them.
Liquid Gold: The hummingbird food stayed perfectly liquid, thanks to the gentle warmth from the bulb. No more frozen nectar mishaps!
No Overheating: We worried about the bulb being too hot, but it was just right. Our hummers didn’t break a sweat (or a feather).
    Tips for Fellow Bird Lovers:
Placement Matters: Hang the feeder close to the bulb (around 6-12 inches away). It’s like a cozy fireplace for your tiny avian pals.
Day-Night Balance: Remember, hummingbirds need their beauty sleep too! Stick to a 12-hour day/night light cycle.
    Final Verdict:
Fluker’s Incandescent Basking Spotlight Bulbs are the unsung heroes of our snowy backyard. They turned our freezing garden into a hummingbird haven. So, if you’re a bird enthusiast or just want to make your backyard the coolest (or warmest) spot in the neighborhood, grab these bulbs. Your feathered friends will thank you with a symphony of chirps and flutters! 🐦🌸
🌟 Five Stars—would recommend to both reptiles and hummingbirds! 🌟

Usually have to buy a new one every month or two. I use mine for my bearded dragon and they are kept on a timer so they spend most of the day on. Usually puts out good heat though

I been testing out bulbs for my snake tank, and they usually dont last long. Especially since i turn it off and on often. I was skeptical about this one, due to it being cheap and a last minute purchase due to my last bulb going out, and having no time to go to the store and buy a new one, and this one has been running smoothly by far. I waited on the review to see if it will go out but it still strong, and on! I really do recommend it! 😀 its literally like a mini ray of sunshine, but not overly bright either

Mild heat, slightly hotter than a regular incandescent bulb – perfect for my toad. Please note that this bulb does NOT emit UVB, which bearded dragons and turtles require to be healthy. This would be fine for snakes, frogs, toads, and leopard geckos.

Both lights arrived with no issues or breaks of any type. They were packaged well for the type of item. Worth the money, cheaper than the pet store I originally tried to purchase lights at as unfortunately they were out. They are the correct type and work well for my lizards.

Purchased my 2nd light and it arrived in a box with no padding. Needless to say, it did not work. It was immediately replaced with no issues – 2nd mailing had padding of course

Product is good. Packaging of the product was ripped as if the bulb was placed in a used box. Unacceptable appearance

Ordered the 60watt bulb for my 2 leopard geckos in their 18″, 18″, 36″ tank. The bulb I got was broken, it had something loose inside the bulb but the bulb still worked. Amazon sent a replacement right away. Doesn’t get quite hot enough, definitely should’ve ordered 75w but overall great product.
