Likes
– Nice wooden handle
– Solid fixed blade – no loosening hinge rivets to fall apart.
– Reasonable quality – if it stays rust free?
– Sharp blade – if it stays in this condition for long?
– Useful compact size.
Dislikes
– Size. yes the knife may be 8.5″ long, but tthe blade is only 5″. Size matters!
– A very poor and flimsy PVC sheath. I would not rely on this to protect you or the knife from damage.
– Not a strictly a “Survival knife” – it could, be if it is all you have at the time.
– Not a strictly a “Tactical knife” – it could, be if you have some special “tactics”, where it could be used soley for this purpose?
For 10 bucks, on sale right now? Not a bad compact, bush knife for the $$.

When I took it out of the box and wrapping the handle edges almost cut me, no joke. They polished the edges one way but forgot to take the burrs off. The blade is full tang with slab side handles, which is a good thing, however if you don’t even the steel down to the wood then you get a sharp edge. The main part of the handle wasn’t the worst part, the worst was the rear finger ring (or guillotine), I know it’s a cheap knife but 10 seconds wouldn’t hurt.
The sheath looks nice, but once you put the knife in once or twice kiss that good bye. It feels like they made it out of glove leather, yes it is that thin. I guess the old saying is true here, “You get what you pay for” so don’t expect much.

I like this fixed blade knife craftsmanship is excellent. My only thing would be the sheath is kind of flimsy flopsy, the sheath needs to be sturdier. My suggestion or recommendation to the maker is to make a sheet that is more stout, more robust for this knife.

The case it comes with is nice love the decor on it. The latch is almost cut off or torn off. Not too sharp but that can be fixed. I would say it weights close to a pound
