The product stopped working after 5 months

Cleaner works fine, I’ve had it since the beginning of 2024. Unfortunately, the magnet that holds the capsule closed, is apparently too strong, for the plastic piece holding it in place. See the picture. No warranty available, but this would appear to be a design flaw. A replacement capsule is available, which suggests this is a known issue. Not sure if the replacement won’t fail in the same fashion.

This thing really works!!! I have been using it for a couple of months now and absolutely love it. You only need to use saline solution which is a great deal cheaper than contact lenses solution. I use daily disposable contacts because my eyes dry out quickly. I’m able to wear my daily contacts for 3 days. I have never been able to wear them more than one day before because they would be uncomfortable and dry out very quickly the next day. This machine has a quick clean function I use after work and it really allows me to comfortably wear my contacts all day without rewetting drops. I have always struggled with daily contacts lasting all day and now easily wear them for 3 days. I will always have one of these machines as long as I wear contacts.

I purchased this for my wife and I. I also ordered an additional case for a second pair of contacts (one for my wife and one for me). Overall this unit seems to be well built and well thought out. Contacts come out clean and very soft, almost like when you first opened them up.
Randomly, from time to time, this contact cleaner will make me go though the initial setup of the device. Its not long, but just annoying (having to click “next” about 8 times before I can actually clean my contacts), but it’s a minor annoyance and only once in a while. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

Muy รบtil , quita la rigidez de la proteรญna acumulada, pero no quita los residuos de maquillaje grasoso, por lo que se complementa con el limpiador de perรณxido de hidrรณgeno

I did a lot of research on electrophoresis cleaners before purchasing these and even reached out to my optometrist. The device essentially passes a small electrical current through the regular saline (I like opti free pure moist with hydra clear) you already use. It claims to remove 95% of proteins on contacts. I do feel that the contacts are more comfortable after cleaning but not like โbrand newโ. It makes 10 day old contacts feel like 3 day old contacts (I wear 14 days).
Thereโs a setting for standard clean, and deep clean. It allows for clear lenses or colored.
The LED lights are really cool when you start the cleaning cycle. And another thing not mentioned in the ad is that it comes with a special pair of contact lens tweezers that are soft coated so you can pick them up easily and a contact lens applicator suction cup thing for putting them into your eye. They both go into the top part of the machine and there is a makeup sized mirror as well. All 3 get UV sanitized (not the contacts).
I really with the unit was more portable though. Itโs not really designed to bring on trips. Would be great if they designed a travel case.
Another small gripe is that the saline needs to cover the two electrodes, so I feel that you end up using slightly more contact lens solution in the long run, which adds up since itโs like 30$ for two bottles.
The quality seems very durable, but they say the machine is not water proof so be careful.
It comes with one contact lens case, which is part of the cleaner. That is good for 6 months before they recommend you replace.
Overall I think the value for money is decent. Especially if you can milk an extra 2-3 days out of each pair if contact lenses (donโt tell my optometrist).
I plan on buying one for my mom for Christmas.

Okay guys. It actually work. 25 minutes for quick clean and 300 minute long time clean.
It cleans it much better than I ever can by myself. Contacts are literally is like brand new from the quick clean.

was super skeptical at first because i didnโt understand the science. but literally after one cleaning, my contact lenses iโve been wearing for 3 weeks straight became all silky again. surprised it actually worked so well! best investment ever. i work for a printing company and thereโs dust everywhere and my contacts lose permeability like on a daily basis. using this restores them after a long day. makes such a difference. buy it! haha youโll earn $80 again. donโt sacrifice eye health! health > money always

I use monthlies and usually have to take them out and give them a quick washing 2x a day because they dry out and feel gunky (I also try to use rewetting drops sparingly throughout the day because they are too expensive). This indeed does the magic to make the lenses super shiny and feel like nothing at all when putting them on.
A standard clean runs for 25 minutes, and I usually run one in the afternoon for a simple refresher to last the rest of the day. Sometimes I do one in the morning after waking up just for that extra bit of clean after doing a normal overnight solution soak. A deep clean runs for 5 hours so I’ve only done it 2x, and I can’t say how it performs much better than a standard one (especially since this current lens pair is barely 3 weeks old). It is recommended to plug in during a deep clean but a full battery will last 2 of them to completion before charging. I wish it beeped or something when it finishes, usually I forget because I’m already comfortable wearing my glasses in the meantime.
Personally, I didn’t care for the tweezers and suction thingy. The tweezers are too tiny to be comfortable, especially if your fingers are wet with water/solution, and the suction thing is just an unnecessary inconvenience. I appreciate the inclusion but regular fingers/nails work just fine for me.
After a cleaning it is recommended to give the lenses a thorough rinsing so between that and filling the wells, which seem deeper than normal cases, you may go through more solution than you’re used to. I use the Costco brand which is ~$12 for 3 full size bottles so I’m not too concerned about being wasteful.
