Esta muy completo. Funciona de maravilla y pagando todo el año es más barato que pagando mes a mes.. pero como quiera en general se me hace caro el costo de la mensualidad. Pero si es muy prácitco.

Adobe CC itself is fine, but subscription through Amazon is strange. Normally, any digital subscriptions start on the date of activation or the subscription period is added to existing one. The listing states that it can’t be added to an existing one and must wait until the current subscription expires. But it doesn’t mention about subscriptions starts on the date of purchase, not the date of activation.

I bought it two weeks before my current one expires, because it was on sale. Then only to find out about this strange Amazon calculation. Long story short, I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Amazon to sort it out. Ended up I canceled the order for a full refund and bought it again. They say they are doing me a one time favor because digital subscription can’t be cancel for refund, yet the listing states full refund within one month.

Hey Amazon, please put these strange policies in the item description. It will save everyone time and headache.

I was charged for an entire year subscription and I can’t use the product. It’s impossible to get customer support from Amazon on the issue and Adobe claims that I don’t have a subscription. How can they charge you hundreds of dollars and make it impossible to access the product that you purchase. I am very angry.

I mainly use adobe, acrobat, pro, but I get the whole suite just to have it when I need it. Steep learning curve, but once you know how to use them, they are worth it.

I use the Creative Cloud every day for work! It is absolutely indispensable. The new options that are available on iPad are also fantastic! (Now to get a newer iPad to utilize it better lol). I also love every time they update something because at the end of the day they give me tools I didn’t even know I needed. And don’t even get me started on how great the support is! I’m working on learning After Effects and if I get stuck I don’t have any trouble finding answers on the Adobe community. Anyway, this is a fantastic product!

What the product listing doesn’t tell you is that your one-year subscription begins on day of purchase, not on the day you activate the product. Also, you don’t actually get an activation code; Amazon must communicate with Adobe somehow to indicate you have paid. This caused a huge problem for me since I waited over 2 months to activate since my old, non-Amazon-purchased subscription had not yet expired. Adobe did not recognize the Amazon purchase as a renewal of my old subscription and would not activate it. After speaking with techs at both Amazon and Adobe over a period of days, it finally was all straightened out. If I had an actual activation code, it would have been much easier to sort out *and* I would have a full 12-month subscription instead of just 9.5 months.

I am a novice. I wouldn’t say that this is intuitive to someone who isn’t familiar with editing. However there is a ton of tutorials on YouTube and you can do a whole bunch of cool things with all the different programs. Once you get comfortable with the different tools, You can basically do the same thing with Gimp for free. It is still a great program despite the price.

I doesn’t the last 15 days battling with customer service to try to get this to work. The ultimate result you ask? 20 customer service agents dozens of emails and chats with no meaningful result. This should be removed immediately for purchase and just directly to Adobe. Save yourself the time and anguish. DO NOT BUY
