I bought this dress to wear as Mother of the Bride. It was beautiful and I got so many compliments! Even with the train, I was able to dance at my daughter’s wedding. The fabric moved with me and was not too hot for a summer evening. The sequins were not too heavy. Hopefully, I can recycle this gown for a Mardi Gras Ball!

I can’t say enough about this dress. It was true to size and so comfortable to wear for my daughter’s wedding. I wore it for 13 hours and it never stretched and it wasn’t heavy to wear. I really loved the small train too. I am just over the moon with the compliments I received and when it was all over, I was able to hand wash it and no sequins came off!
Ordered one and it did not stick ordered a replacement, and that one did not stick waste of money –

I’m 5”11’ and 144 lbs. I bought a size 10 and it’s not clingy. My d-i-l gave me a couple of parameters: champagne and blingy. Being 52 and a country girl, I put off trying to find a dress for a long time. Then I found this one- the neck is high enough, the sleeves just right (not so capped to show my flying squirrel arms when doing the mother/son dance and not so long to swelter in August in SoCal), the back is low enough to add interest, but not so low that it looks like I’m trying too hard. I am going to remove the little train- wearing heels isn’t an option because I”m already as tall as my son and husband. My next unfortunate task is buying shoes. But I love the dress so even if I end up wearing something I don’t love, at least I love the dress.

Absolutely gorgeous. True to size, great quality. So much prettier in person. Has some stretch so I believe it would be comfortable to wear all day/evening. Haven’t decided yet if it’s “the one” to wear for my daughters wedding. But it’s the current front runner.

Already found a dress, but when I opened this out of the package, it looked beautiful. Went to put it on and seen pet hair all over the inside and then looked at the armpits and there’s deodorant stains. I am absolutely disgusted.

I adore this dress. I love the purple color, I love the sparkle and I love the fit. But to says that it runs long is an understatement. I’m 5’6” and do not wear high heels. The dress pools on the floor. Fortunately I can sew so will hem it myself. I’m so happy with everything else about it that it will be a labor of love.

I ordered my usual size 12. I am 5’4” and 165lb. The dress fit perfectly and looks beautiful. The front hem is slightly too long so I have ordered some platform heels to see if that works before getting it hemmed. Taking this dress on Mediterranean cruise for 50th anniversary!

Adrianna Pappel always makes a stunning dress, and this dress IS stunning. I chose the gunmetal colored dress in size 8, and as usual it fits very true to size. I’m 5’4″ and 155lbs, and wear a size 8 in regular clothes. I’m wearing a corset and shapewear to hide my tummy, and as form fitting as this dress is, you couldn’t tell what I was attempting to hide under it.
It is VERY long (I’m in 5″ heels) but I never tripped over the length, nor did anyone stand on the train, remarkably!
The entire night I received a TON of compliments. I’ve pictured another dress by Adrianna Pappel (blue) in a side by side of this dress for comparison. Between the two, I’m thrilled I went with this one!
As usual with this designer, the beading is quite detailed and sparkly, which makes the dress heavier than most. I happen to LOVE the weight of her dresses and wear it more like armor than something dainty.
Highly recommend!
