I really like this push up board. It folds up into a compact size and the push up handles fit inside the case. It comes with a carrying bag so everything stays neatly together.
It also has strap accessories that clip into the board, a couple of wheels that can make an ab roller, and a weighted pole that can be used with the wheels and the straps.
There is an instruction sheet that offers basic information and the board itself indicates how placing the push up handles into different slots affect different muscle groups.
My only complaint and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that my pole did not screw together properly. One side seems to have something wrong with the screw threads and only goes in about three turns.
I can still use most of the features of the kit in spite of this flaw, but I cannot use the ab rollers without excessive wobble. There is no visible issue apparent in the thread. I don’t want to use extra force to make it screw in because this might jam it together permanently and this needs to be something that can be put together and taken apart easily like it is on the opposite side.
Overall this is a useful and well designed kit, so I am disappointed this flaw is keeping me from using it to its full potential.

At the time of this review, price was set at 49.99. This is my absolute biggest reason for 4 over 5 stars. While I completely love this board, I do not think the price tag reflects the product received.
I think it’s important to note that for beginners, you may need more instruction on how to use the accessories properly to avoid injury.
Overall, I think this is a fantastic push up board. The board itself folds up nicely and has space on the inside to hold the handles (this can be seen in the video). I have found it to be very sturdy and the plentiful nonslip pads on the bottom of the board keep it in place with no issues. The design itself is very functional, saving space while also allowing for many different exercises to be performed.
I think for someone who has experience with these or at the very minimum has witnessed these boards in action, would find it decently easy to use. If you’ve never used one before or have limited knowledge with this type of equipment, it may be a tad intimidating mainly with the extras it comes with. The resistance bands are very well made and the board has a spot on each end that allows the bands to be clipped on. These connections are metal, not plastic. The bar can be used in combo with the resistance bands or with the wheel for an ab roller. Although there isn’t really any assembly instructions for these extras, the instructions it comes with does review what each of the pieces are used for (see second to last picture). Now the carrying bag it comes with, leaves a bit to be desired. It came already ripping at the seam! This can be seen in the pictures. I have a storage cabinet for all my exercise equipment, so this isn’t really a big deal for me, but definitely worth noting if you plan to take this different places with you.
All in all, I think at a lower price, this is a fantastic purchase.

This push up board comes with so much equipment! I have another board from them and this is definitely an upgrade with a lot more different exercises you can try. I think the value is great for what you get. Would recommend.

A nice little workout set that is great for smaller homes without the space for larger equipment. Primarily comes with a push up board and handles that work out different muscles, but also additional handles and resistance bands that allow for multiple forms of workout. Also comes with a simple training guide to help get things started. Overall pleased with the product, especially at this price range.

This is a really disappointing set. I am not a professional athletic trainer, but I have a lot of experience in physical fitness. The board has a lot of ways to organize the handles, but most of them are redundant. The ‘instructions’ indicate the different muscle groups that can be targeted by the various positions, but they’re very inaccurate. Resistance bands have no obvious way to adjust the length, meaning the number of possible exercises is severely limited. I am a middle aged, moderately fit 6’2″ male and the resistance bands aren’t really strong enough to give a good workout even extending them overhead.
While there are several parts, there is no indication with the kit of what can be done with them. Yes, the handles and bar can be connected to the bands, but what’s with all the straps? There’s one component that is completely baffling – a strap with a small foam donut. Perhaps this was included by mistake?
Really, you’d be much better off investing in some free weights and doing pushups – this set doesn’t really add anything useful to a workout routine.

To say I’m obsessed with this product is an understatement. The design is incredibly versatile, allowing me to target different muscle groups effectively with its various color-coded positions. the build quality is top notch. – sturdy and durable, even during intense workouts. The padded handles etc make a world of difference.
The board is compact and easy to store, making it perfect for home gyms. My 12 year old is loving it as well ! I plan to incorporate it into my daily routine.
