I think these work well. I have one and have purchased one for my daughter and brother as well. As you know if your a nurse it’s a 24 hour job, not just when your at work. So when my family calls and starts to tell me they’re sick of course I am wanting to know their heart rate and if they are breathing well. I find these are easy for them to read and use.

I bought this to keep at my office so that I can check my blood oxygen level. I got hit with Covid for the fourth time back in October last year and since then I’ve had shortness of breath off and on. I am a heavier individual but I’ve had a variety of tests that have confirmed what it was. My blood oxygen level has usually covered around 98% sometimes dipping down to 97. For me that’s a little concerning but for the doctors they said that’s fine. But I just bought it so I can keep it on hand
