The material is weird. Thick and very elastic looking but overall it is a very rich look. This is for mother of the bride. I didn’t want to be dowdy, glittery, sexy or showy. I don’t want to look like an old lady. I love how this dress is exactly the classy rich look I hoped for.

Bought this for my maid of honor dress. Didn’t expect a dress off Amazon would be the winner but t was. Fit perfect, a bit long but I’m 5’2” so it’s to be expected. Took to seamstress and fixed. Very flattering

Bought for son’s wedding. Tried on and returned lots of dresses. This was the most comfortable and best fitting one. It is flattering and the material is a little stretchy. I would recommend. It is a heavier fabric and there is no hem: it is just a cut but the fabric does not unravel.

I wanted a midi length dress or above my ankles. I am going ti shortin it.
I am 5’2 hight and 227lb. Wears size 16 .very comfortable with simple body shaper to put every thing in place.

Ordered the charcoal gray as a mother of the bride dress. Very flattering, color is elegant and there is no jewel in the waist area like some of the other colors. For reference I am 5’4″ 150 lbs and the size 10 fit perfectly. As others noted, the hem is not finished, but with a 2.5″ heel I probably will not need to hem it. Smooth, stretchy material, so easy to sit in and the ruching and thick fabric is flattering in the belly area. The jewels around the neck add just enough bling without being overly done. There is a slit in the chest area below the neckline. I ordered this dress is another color and that slit had a little cut into it so be sure to check that area if you order this dress.

The heavy scuba fabric, sheath silhouette, and ruched bodice was comfortable and flattering. It traveled well- no wrinkles. I purchased the v neck cocktail length in the fall for a day wedding. You can’t go wrong with this dress.
