Recently I had an April fools day heart attack, followed by a quad bypass. Decided to buy one of these, and it does work. However its getting only four stars because in all of the ads they neglect to tell you that you only get the most basic information. Anything else requires a subscription. I would rather pay my money for MAX or something. But if the most basic info is good enough, or you’re willing to pay a subscription, it’s fine to have. I do like reading on my phone that I have a normal sinus rhythm, I do not care to give the creators a monthly cash cow. So it’s good for what it is. They could be upfront about the extra cost. I mean, I had a heart attack followed by a 60 mile ambulance ride, a week in hospital I’d rather forget and two months of restrictions. Isn’t that enough?

This case fits your Kardia unit like a glove. It has a nice feel to it and the Kardia fits securely inside. It has small vent holes to help the Kardia stay dry and ventilated. The colors are nice, too. The key ring slot looks a little flimsy and I would hesitate to add it to an actual key ring. You might be missing your Kardia sooner than you think. Price is a bit high for what you get, but you are getting a product produced by Kardia and it will fit your unit perfectly.

Bottom line – I feel fine putting the device in the top pocket of my back back with this case wrapped around it.
This case is really just about perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted a smaller softer case that would save space in my daily use computer / go to work backpack. At the same time I wanted the device protected from getting dinged up by my keys and whatever else is rattling around in there.
The material is a 4 ply laminate. There’s what looks like a woven poly-something fabric, some kind of medium density thermoplastic layer, another woven fiber-ish layer (green), and then another of the outside fabric. These combine to make a case that is light, has a comfortable feel, and is protective enough. It also has a firm magnetic closure.
Now then, if the human factors people who did this would be allowed to design the app interface we’d have a much better overall package.

Compact. Use it to keep my Kardia unit inside. It does not offer significant mechanical protection. My need was essentially dust and/or contamination protection of the sensor. Recommended.
