Mark Nozaki –
We have several All-Clad products and they are all great! Very durable and easy to clean. When our small frying pan (not All-Clad) started to wear out and we needed a replacement, All-Clad was our first choice.

Pan has a large dent in the side. Was also not packaged like it was for individual sale. Like it was removed from a set and sold separately. This is the second pan like this I have bought for my wife. First one was great and lasted. Not happy with this one. Won’t buy again.

Unfortunately, I had to return this pan because someone gave me one for my birthday! What a great present.

This pan claims to be compatible with all stove types, including induction, is nicely shaped, heats well and cleans easily. Why spoil it with a handle that hurts to lift? We have older All-Clad pans that have handles with softened edges, but the edges on this one are almost sharp. Thankfully it’s a small pan and not too heavy. User test your products, All-Clad!

This review is for the 12″ but I also have the 10″ and 8″. I use one or other of these every day. These pans are my non-stick alternatives to my cast irons which I also love. They are almost as heavy as cast iron and conduct heat very well. I’m very impressed with them and they show signs that they will last a long time – I previously used a well-known brand of aluminum pans but had to replace them every few years. I only marked scratch resistance with four stars because any non-stick pan is going to be a bit delicate (of course I never use metal utensils) and so far there are no marks. The only (slight) downside is that the handles are a little uncomfortable – they’re concave on top. Combined with the weight of the 12″ some folk may want to use a mitt when lifting them when full.
ChickenRancher –
These pans are a dream. Easy to use and easy to clean. The nonstick works great! My old stainless steel pots and pans were terrible for heating unevenly and burning my food to them. I no longer have to worry about that. I’m thrilled.

Over the years I have bought many a frying pay and eventually they all get messed up and the food sticks. This pan is great!!! I made eggs, etc., and nothing sticks. My daughter wants to get one now too.
Bob Winship –
Best for dishes that incorporate sauces in the recipe. This is because of the slightly higher sides of the pan compared to other nonstick pans.

We have only All Clad cookware! Their decision to also make non stick was a good one. I like the fact that you can also buy lids (not for the 8 inch, though) for the larger non stick frying pans. While always pricey, you will never have to replace them over a lifetime.
