This is very simple and does what it’s supposed to do. I am very pleased with this time clock. It was a little hard to open the cover in order to be able to program it but I think it was just my nails. Ha Just use something (like a butter knife) to gently pry the top up and you’ll be able to lift it off easily, if you were having problems with that.
It was VERY easy to set up. The issues with alignment that some reviewers had (and even returned it for!) are fairly unwarranted imho. It seems like you’ll not be able to get the stamp to go far enough to the right to line up HOWEVER, if you go and set the size of the imprint to a narrower one (I think it’s #3 that worked for me—default is #4), then it looks perfect against that right side. I also changed the way the stamp prints by using the “DAY, Date, Time” and then it all fits nicely and lines up. I have the employee put “2018” (or whatever year it s) in the space that says, “No._____” on top of the time card…problem solved.
This is very simple, easy to line up (I use the cards that came with it) and user friendly.
I have not needed the customer service but other reviewers were very pleased.
I have no issues with this time clock and would highly recommend it.

It works like a charm. I plugged it in and time was right and it was ready to go…but I didn’t remove the packaging from inside the machine before I tried to punch a card, so I had to reset all the data on the machine. It was easy to figure out without reading the manual…I never do that anyway. I like that you can change the way the print out reads. I prefer it Month day year and that was easy to make happen. Employees seem to like it just fine and the time is self setting when the power goes out.
The only thing that I wish was different is the depth of the stamp plate. You have to insert the card a long way before it stamps and to keep it lined up in the right place can be a pain, but that is really a minor thing. And the window and lighted area do help with seeing what you are doing while inserting the card for stamping.

We are testing this out. So far, looks to be working well and the people like it. It is very easy to set up and has some nice features, like auto daylight savings time conversion; a variety of time/date formats; a variety of messages and a keyed lock with a password setting to discourage tampering. It’s also fairly inexpensive noting all the features.The only issue is that there was only one spare ribbon that came with the unit. Overall, at this point, I am very satisfied with this product.

As our company continued to grow it became obvious we needed to purchase some sort time clock. We did a little research before purchasing the AT-3000. I could not be more pleased with the purchase. It’s easy to use and can be mounted on a wall or placed on a counter for easy access. Supplies are readily available. Customer service, should you ever need them, is fantastic. I would highly recommend this product and manufacturer!

When I was looking to buy a time clock, I was undecided because I had a few options that I liked. So, after doing some research I chose this one and I definitely do not regret my choice. Shipping and delivery were fast, it’s very easy to set up and use, and has some nice features. The quality of the item for the price exceeds my expectations but most important of all is the excellent customer service for any questions or concerns you may have.
