These things are small but not too small! They stay cold for quite a while and work very well in an emergency. Super light, the entire box of 25 weighs about 3 pounds and the bags themselves are fairly durable as far as storing purposes go.

I bought these to help supplement icing my knee after knee replacement surgery. Sometimes I just need something to fill in the gaps. I had a different brand, but I could not find them online, so I bought these. They’re cold, but they don’t stay cold very long. I think a bag of frozen peas stays colder. I’m going to use them, but I think I’ll try another brand next time. They don’t leak and I wouldn’t mind if they were just a little bit larger.
