My husband wanted various bands & I selected these. We are very happy with them & the fact they came with handles & a carry case are a plus.

I downgraded this specifically because the handles are not nearly as good the ones I got with a similar product I bought at a brick and mortar store. These as narrow and not so sturdy so when you move the webbing rubs on your hand. Since I use these for a specific range of motion it is a problem but if you are using this for all the exercises you can do with these I think the sides of your hands will be irritated. I think the bands are similar and should hold up for years of use. I had an older band break recently so the rubber will degrade eventually. One negative compared to free weights.

A great product for serious strength training with additional accessories. I bought this product over two years ago and still happy with my decision as it has five band levels to build upon and progress . The product description is quite accurate and the price is right..

Originally I had given these bands a bad review because after about two months of normal use, one developed a tear. But then something interesting happened: I spoke to the company and got a great customer service response. The broken band was replaced right away! The other bands have been working great, and I have some even older ones from this company that are still going strong. So I think I just had a fluke with that one band.
I’m glad it was resolved so easily, because other than that one incident, I love these things. After a rotator cuff injury, it took me a long time to feel safe enough to do exercises again, and these bands were a perfect re-introduction to get me moving. The multiple sizes mean you can work your way up gradually–and the multiple handles (and ankle straps) mean you have a ton of versatility in how you use them. And they are so much cheaper than gym fees (or buying weights for yourself)!

The product looks very gimmicky. I’ve used a similar product before at my friend’s place. And I expected a similar quality of this product. But this one was really bad in terms of quality, and also it came in a bubble wrap without any normal branding/packaging. Seemed like someone had used it before. Please do not get this particular product!

I am 66 years young. These really help to keep muscle memory. I can sit in a chair and do a small workout. Working my way from 10lbs up to 50lbs. I recommend to people who wants to keep your muscle mass intact.

This set has 5 different resistance bands, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lbs. It has quick attach handles, door anchor, stretch band, guide and travel bag. The set allows for a full-body workout. Great to use at home, or pack it in the travel bag and take it with you on the road when traveling. It is a good value for what you get and ai recommend this product.

The products arrived early. The bands are really well made and the hook attachments make them really easy to attach but they also make me feel a lot safer because the hooks are not just attached with a knot at the end which always made me uneasy on my other set. Very happy with this buy.

Finally, got to try out these resistance bands since purchasing them a while ago. It was easy to setup and then use.
Although, I wasn’t going hardcore the bands seemed to hold up fairly well for what I was doing. All in all I believe I made a good choice in purchasing these resistance bands to aid in my workouts.
