Ik heb deze gekocht omdat ik de batterijen van mijn rookmelders moest vervangen. Of ze echt goed zijn zal de tijd leren.

I once bought the smoke alarm 2 year batteries. Guess what, thy failed after 1 1/2 years. So am I going to run around in circles to get a refund? No!
Just get these they are much cheaper and the smoke alarms sound off if the battery is bad.
These batteries work well!

These 9v alkaline batteries work fine, and they are offered at a compelling price.
I was pleased that they were in a cardboard box and NOT packaged in a plastic clamshell. That made it easier to get to the batteries, and even though the cardboard is bulky, at least it can be recycled easily.
There were two factors that almost led me to deduct a star:
Each battery is individually wrapped in a cellophane wrapper. That makes it a bit of a hassle to use.
While the batteries do have a five-year shelf life from date of manufacture, the batteries I received were manufactured six months before I received them, so I only am getting 4.5 years of shelf life.

While other manufacturers march ahead with multi million ( just a guess) marketing campaigns Amazon relies on honest reviews. I would guess like their AA and AAA batteries these are made by the same manufacturer as some other brand names but at a reasonable cost. Yes, there shelf and active service life are both great. We have used ‘Amazon’ batteries for many years with no problems. We will definitely buy these again when needed

These batteries are great quality and are half the price of the “bigger” brands. Super easy to use, we like how we can buy a larger amount to replace our smoke detector batteries. Battery life is great, I’m sure the batteries will last way past the yearly change out.

Every Spring we go through our battery container, and see if there are any batteries that we need to reorder. It’s a great way to make sure that we don’t forget to get all the different batteries that we need.
One set of batteries that we always seem to need are the 9 volt batteries. They seem to be very popular all year round. We are very happy with the Amazon Basics 8 pack. They are really well priced, We know that the quality is there or else the Amazon name would not be on them. They also have a sustainability features that definitely make them stand out much greater than other manufacturers of 9 volts. They are certified by THE NORDIC SWAN ECOLABEL. They are manufactured using processes that reduces the the risk of negative environmental impact. They are incredibly durable.
These 9 volt batteries have a 5 year shelf life, they fir perfectly into the 9 volt space in any toy, or tool, where they are needed. There has not been a recorded event, that I am aware of, where a 9 volt battery has leaked. Very important, especially since we store our batteries year after year. And of course, the 9 volt is about the easiest of all batteries to install. These are just great batteries, and have a wonderful price set for them.

There are only a few places that still use 9 V batteries like smoke detectors and CO2 protectors. If I thought for a second that these were not great quality batteries, I wouldn’t use them in those places, but I’ve never had a problem with any Amazon basic product.

Per the title, these are good quality batteries, nicely-packaged and individually shrink-wrapped in a plastic film. They all tested good on my multimeter, and being alkaline, they should have a long shelf life. All that for a budget price.
