I had it for 7 months before it went out. We used it maybe two times a week to make popcorn or warm my coffee. I had a complete meal in it last night, so I set the time and walked away from it. After the time I set was up I opened the door to find I’ve cold food. I set it again and waited for 1/5 min and it shut off with a code H97. That’s the main power, nothing I should mess with. My last Panasonic lasted about five years. Funny the same thing went out on it as well.

I really like this particular microwave. This is the 3rd one I have owned. They last about 5 years, which is fine for me – we use them hard all the time. I thought I would take a chance and buy a renewed one, saving myself over $100. Although the wrapping did not look like a new unit, everything was there and fine with one exception: The flimsy plastic ring with wheels that the turntable sits on was broken in one place – but I was able to fix with superglue- took just a few minutes, and it works fine. Good product, good value, great price!

This is an amazing, high quality oven. Heats evenly. Defrosts the whole item evenly. Distributes heat throughout. Very quiet, low noise. Completely satisfied. Hot keys are excellent. Timer is awesome. If you are looking for a large size microwave, I would recommend this one! Great warranty. Easy to understand instructions. Even has a recipe/menu for new foods to try! Enjoy!

I couldn’t figure out which microwave to buy but I liked the idea of paying way less for a refurbished very nice microwave. In some small way its like recycling, stopping one more device from being in a landfill… It doesn’t have all of the newest features like a baking element or air fryer built in but thats not what I was actually looking for. At 1250 watts this thing is a cooking monster and it also is easily the largest microwave I’ve ever had. It also had no dents or scratches, eg no evidence of it being refurbished. It came with a manual as well so I have no complaints at all.
