Reads check engine light, airbag light and ABS light codes. Easy to use pretty user friendly. It shows live data works on vehicles with OBD2 ports which would be vehicles 96 to present. Worth the money. It does have options for bleeding brakes and some other test functions as well that I haven’t had to use yet.

I have a 2002 Chevy 2500hd 6.6 duramax. Keep in mind I am not a professional mechanicI. I have owned the truck since 2006. I had a faint squeal from the passenger front. So I replaced the front hubs, in doing so I had to remove the brakes and rotors to replace the hub. In doing so I had to unplug the ABS cord. After I failed to plug one in and drew a solid ABS light. So I order an OBD2 code reader for $20, which was not equipped to clear such a code, so I returned and ordered “ANCEL AD610 PRO ABS SRS OBD2 Scanner, ABS Bleeding Scanner, Car Code Reader Bi-Directional Diagnostic Tools with SAS, Airbag, ABS, Oil Light, EPB Reset”. I am not huge on reading instructions, I believe things should be intuitive. Well, code reader is and most importantly it cleared the code eventually. Somewhere between my first attempt, and final clearing, I blead the system, thinking the fluid was 22 years old and pushing the brake plungers back into the calipers may of induced air into the brake system. So I removed most of the old fluid with a basting tool, rater than flushing via removing the hose.

I really liked the device. The most important thing is to update via WiFi and you will get a cool thing. I took it to replace the rear pads and this device really did everything.
