This surge protector is great as it has a flat plug that doesn’t take up room, a thin extension cord, 8 plug outlets and 2 usb outlets – all without being clunky. And the unit itself has a flat profile. Definitely recommend it.

Makes ringing weird sound which can be irritating if you work in an environment with silence… its a very very very low level sound that one may not notice if device is placed 4-5 feet away

This Anker surge protector is extremely compact yet supports plenty of outlets at once.
I’m very happy it comes with a USB-C port so I don’t need a separate brick for my phone charger, but I wish it had 3 USB-C ports instead of 1. The other 2 are USB-A, and I’m trying to get rid of all those cables.
The surge protector is very light weight, so it’s easy to move around if you need it to reach something. Somehow it manages to stay put when you need it to. I expected the lightness to result in sacrifices in stability, yet it doesn’t.
It looks pretty nice, too. It doesn’t scuff too easily, and there are no cosmetic flaws in the white housing.
The flat cable makes it easy to tuck everything behind some furniture. The cable points toward the right, so it won’t cover the bottom outlet if you put it on the top one.

I love the fact that the plug lays flat against the wall. This makes it possible to place it behind a bookshelf. The cord is long enough to reach beyond the edge of the bookcase, so none of that awkward groping behind Furniture to find it. But I would have to say the best thing about the plug is the well spaced outlets. There is plenty of room for those oversized plugs. I would definitely recommend getting this.

I have been buying Anker power products because of their high quality build and features. This power strip is no exception. It can accommodate up to 8 AC and 2 x USB-A and 1 x USB-C outlets. The 4 AC outlets are spaced apart evenly so I can plug in 4 power adapters on the top without any constraints. The flat head design of the AC plug-in is another nice feature as there is no more gap between the wall and the furniture.

Anker has done it again, this is one of the companies that is innovative, reliable, and affordable. Even their customer service has been great for me in the past.
Now, about this product. I needed a power strip with a plug that I could fit behind my bed, the bulky plug of normal power cords just wasn’t cutting it, so when I found this by Anker, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did!
First off the back of the unit is almost completely flat except for recessed mounting points so you can attach to a wall with the provided anchors, perfect for me as I used command strips to mount.
8 plugs for anything you might need to charge, and 2 USB & 1 USB-C slot, this is the perfect fit into my daily life. I feel confident this product will last for years to come.
The only negative thing I have noticed is that, sometimes, when plugging a smart device into the usb outlets the device takes a few seconds to process and show charging. Doesn’t bother me because they are still fully functional and charging!
10/10 recommend this product or any other Anker solution to your busy and active life!

Lost a star because the USB ports aren’t great for low power devices like LED lights — they work at first but then go into a “sleep” mode. For phones and other electronic devices though they seem good. That’s the only drawback with this surge protector — otherwise it is very good. The white model with the slim wall plug is great. Lots of outlets on the protector and a switch. We bought a few of them.

This is a great power bar for when we travel as a family. Enough plugs to keep everyone charged and small enough to throw in the bag. Love that it has 2 regular usb charger ports and 1 usb-c port for when you forgot the plug block (oops) 😃 Wish there was a slide over cover to cover the on light, it is bright at night. I like these power bars so much that I have the smaller ones as well, great for when it is just me travelling.
