Charger works fantastically and charges devices reliably. The outside light ring is a little too bright at night and will bother some people who are sensitive to light or who have their port pointed directly at them. It has lasted through a few multi hour roadtrips with no issues arising, and I am very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this for a road trip, so that my sister and I could each charge our cell phones wihile driving. This charger worked great, and charged much faster than the USB outlet in my car. Unlike some reviewers, I am not bothered by the bright blue ring on the charger and think it looks cool.

I’ve only had this for a week or so, but it works very well. When charging with USB-C it works as a “super fast” charger. With the standard USB, it still registers as a fast charger. The one thing I have noticed is that if you are using both USBs to charge 2 devices, it will continue to work at those charging levels. Many other 12v chargers I have used split the wattage and lower it to each device when you try to charge more than one.
I highly recommend this charger. Time will tell if it continues operate. Many chargers I’ve owned work less well over time.

So you graduated from one USB device to another, and the skinny little charger for your Samsung watch no longer uses the same device as your Samsung phone. If you’re in the same boat as me, then look no further for a car charger that can handle life’s USB mysteries.
The Good:
Anker delivers a solid car charger that’s in a nice, neat package that glows just enough for you to find it in the dark. Yes, those little touches make for a happier experience when fiddling with a USB cable in the glovebox or wherever your vehicle maker stuck the power adapter.
The main USB and mini USB ports are designed to be far enough apart you can finagle a cord in without upsetting the other.
A sleek, glossy design looks pretty, but the device fits solidly inside the charger and feels substantial in there. No problems with the fascia coming off when I pull out a cord.
The Bad:
Admittedly it’s not very fast. You will not see lightning recharge speeds on this charger. It struggles a bit when recharging a hungry phone and a hungry watch, but that’s not the end of the world.
The Ugly:
It’s kind of expensive for a barebones car charger. The technology here isn’t that elaborate.
Verdict: 4.25/5. Good, dependable charger but a bit on the pricy side.

Well built, looks great, works great. USB A provides 22.5W and USB C provides 30W which is a lot of wattage for such a small device and it fast charges both phones and tablets. I had it hooked up to both my kids iPads on an 8hr road trip and it had no problems charging both simultaneously. Recommended!
