The gimbal in question boasts impressive features, including video stabilization and tracking capabilities. However, upon closer examination, it becomes evident that its practical utility falls short. Allow me to elaborate:
Stabilization:
The gimbal primarily stabilizes video horizontally, lacking any vertical stabilization. Unfortunately, this means tilting forward is out of the question.
Occasionally, the gimbal exhibits sudden movements and shakes, adversely affecting video quality.
Furthermore, the phone holder’s narrow design poses limitations for phones with cases or square edges.
Tracking:
While the phone does track subjects when they are nearby, maintaining the subject in the center of the screen proves challenging.
Users may find themselves positioned at the bottom or top of the frame unexpectedly.
Body tracking performs better but requires greater distance, leading to instances where the phone loses track of the subject. Unfortunately, the sensitivity of the tracking system often results in jittery video due to constant minor movements.
Object tracking fares better in maintaining subject position, but the phone’s tendency to lose track remains a persistent issue.
Camera App:
The gimbal’s accompanying camera app serves well for manual recording and is compatible with both iPhones and Pixel phones.

It’s a learning curve to use but works well. It’s well made with nice looking materials for the price. The battery is rechargeable, bluetooth connects well, it’s light weight enough to use with ease. The stability of film on moving subjects with the tripod is smooth.
I had some trouble with the app but then an update came out that fixed it all.

This gimbal works great. Face tracking is good. Only downside is occasionally if you have your hands in the video, it will quit recording. But that’s a software issue.

This is a good product and the only issue we had with it is that when you go to put your iPhone in the clips, it is very difficult and somewhat of a struggle to get in and keep it there. It tends to pop out. As far as the operation of the Gimbal, it works great. Would we buy another or recommend this? Yes, however, with the understanding of the struggle. As a film maker I need something quick and on the spot. I should not have to fight with it.
CHANGE: After extensive testing int he field, we have to change our review from a good one to very poor and in fact down from a 5 star to a 1. The clips on this product do not hold the iPhone 13 Pro Plus securely. The phone would keep falling off and in fact it damaged our iPhone while filming. In addition, when we secured it only held for moments and when attempted to adjust, the Gimbal would put the setting in a default state leaving it in operatable until we shut it off and reset it.
Overall, the product is not recommended at all. We will be posting our Product Review video on You Tube shortly for the full review.
My honest opinion –
The media could not be loaded.
I have never used a gimble before so for my first impression with this product and using a gimble I was pretty satisfied. Set up was not too difficult. Do need to download an app so it connects to your phone, the app is super basic because it is written in Chinese, but the video on how to set it all up is English spoken so that makes it nice. Very easy to follow. Like I said I have never used a gimble before so after watching the video I was able to use and understand the different features. The only thing that caused me a bit of grief was I have yet to be able to use the follow face feature to capture my dog. But I’ll play with it some more and see. It isn’t that big of a deal, but if I was using it to build a social media page for her, that might be a different story. All I’m all, it’s a great little product. The battery life seems really good, I love the appearance. Very sleek and stylish and makes me appear that I am an official vlogger, which I’m not. When using the tripod it is very stable. Not easy to fall over.
