I was on the fence with a weighted vest for so long because there are a million out there and it’s hard to pick one. I finally settled on this one because it looked “cute-ish” and had lots of colors. Not great criteria I know, but I am who I am.
I got the 15lb and I have to say it’s heavier than I had imagined it would be.
Pros: Comfy, cute, good quality, padding feels good, the buckles are nice and secure too. It takes my regular walks up a notch. Great for body weight exercises too!
Cons: there is a pocket in the back that seems pretty useless because I can’t reach it when the vest is on. Not sure if that is a con, but if you thought you were gonna store something in there to access on your walk, you’d probably have to take the vest off to get the item out. Maybe I have t-Rex arms, but there’s no way I can fully reach in there with the vest on.
I wear a size small 4-6, 32D, and it fits snuggly enough. I have not ran in it, but it feels like it might move around a tiny bit if I was to.

I wanted something to get more out of walking. I love this vest. The weight is distributed equally so easy to walk. Plus it is expandable and moves as you move when walking. I don’t feel it dig in even when cinched right. But moves as you move to provide a comfortable brisk walk. The straps are placed just right. Good quality.

I love that I can strap this on as tight as I need it so that when I run with it, it doesn’t move or bounce on my body. It has a small little pocket that fits my iPhone. I haven’t felt any chafing or rubbing on my shoulders, it’s very smooth. I only wish I got the 15lb because I don’t feel very winded after using it. I need more of a challenge.

it helps if you are perimenopause and are losing bone density. it is a game changer to use while exercising, it improves balance, cardiovascular health, helps you burn more calories, stronger bones, etc I started off with the 10lb.
best value for your money. I use it especially while walking 30 min. first very well, very sturdy and adjustable.
