This was my first ever electric toothbrush and I absolutely love it! It came fully charged and the slim design and charging station make for really storage on the countertop. The toothbrush has multiple modes including medium and teeth whitening as well. It also comes with multiple toothbrush head inserts which are a perfect size for just getting the gums and teeth. When turned on you hear this amazing sonic buzzing sound and you can just feel it doing such a great job on your teeth and gums without any of your own effort. I just know I’m getting such a better brushing then with any manual tooth brush. I am so pleased with the devise I went back onto Amazon and bought one for my wife and son.

To put it bluntly, I really like this toothbrush. I previously had an Oral-B pro 1000 which came highly recommended by several websites and it is a very good brush but I feel this aquasonic black series brush is just a little better for the price. Brushing your teeth with the Oral-B pro 1000 is a little more peaceful experience but the brush head is larger than the one on this aquaponic model. I say the Oral-B model is a little more peaceful to brush your teeth with only because the aquosonic is ultrasonic so the whole brush head actually vibrates at an extremely fast rate so if you bump the hard surface off your teeth, you’ll know it. Other than that I think it’s a better brushing experience as the smaller profile brush gets into all the nooks and crannies. It also helps that this aquasonic brush comes with just about 2 years worth of refills where is the Oral-B brush only comes with one brush head. The battery in the aquasonic lasts much longer than the battery in the Oral-B pro 1000. I charged this toothbrush once and used it for a full week and just decided to throw it on the charger anyway where is the Oral-B pro 1000 when properly charged, runs flat in about 3 to 4 days. It’s very easy to accidentally touch the buttons on the aquasonic brush while you’re using it so it’ll take some getting used to brushing your teeth without changing settings. I like the timer function of the aquosonic toothbrush as a momentarily pauses every 3 seconds and shuts off after 2 minutes. The Oral-B pro 1000 kept going after 2 minutes. This aquosonic brush came with a travel case that holds two brush heads and the toothbrush body. It does not hold the charger but this brush is supposed to last approximately one month on a charge. As far as the difference between the ultrasonic brushing and the rotary brushing of the Oral-B pro 1000, I can feel no difference in how clean my teeth are even though data would suggest the Oral-B cleans slightly better. I think they’re far more value in the aquasonic brush rather than the Oral-B pro 1000 not only because I think the brush works better and last line around the charge but because it comes with the case in 2 years worth of brush heads. Visually, it looks much better but that probably doesn’t matter.

This ‘toothbrush’ is my second type of electric brush. After reading the review I decided to give it a try. First, as always with Amazon Prime they deliver as promised on time. This brush is packaged so efficiently and with care to protect each component. The brush even comes with a travel case. Assembly was easy. Enclosed instructions were concise and easy to understand. In black, this is one very sleek electric brush; thin, easy to hold and semi-powerful with a choice of modes to fit my desired use. I like the extra brushes it comes with. At first it took me a short while to get used to how to use it effectively. I do wish the brushes were wider to hold more toothpaste. The bristles were soft and didn’t hurt my gums. There is a step by step procedure in the instructions on how to brush but I’m sure everyone has their own way of brushing. One thing I need to accomplish is how not to make my brushing technique tickle my teeth and gums with this electric brush. The tickling doesn’t hurt but it is annoying to a degree as is the buzzing sound it emits, almost like a bumblebee on steroids. If the brush action is side to side instead of circular like my other electric brush then you cannot see it. It seems as though the brushing action is done with vibration. Again, the heads are too narrow. To do a complete teeth cleaning job three steps are needed; first with this black electric brush, then a regular brush to clean your tongue because this brush cannot accomplish tongue cleaning properly, followed by a water pic to get all the nooks and crannies. A concern I think about is the Lithium battery. You hear of instances where the battery, for some reason, explodes or catches fire. I don’t know why this happens with Lithium batteries in computers or mobile segways or even in peoples pockets. All in all, I like this electric toothbrush. It makes a great addition to my teeth cleaning arsenal.

I’ve had multiple brands of electric toothbrushes that stopped working after a year or two. I’m hoping this lasts longer. Having said that, it’s a sleek looking toothbrush. It’s lightweight compared to other brands I’ve owned. It has several different vibration settings for different cleaning purposes. It also comes with a lot of replacement brush heads which is great and saves a lot of money.
I bought it on a sale deal. Great price for product.
