This is the only food that my goldfish would eat. The granules also keep the sink clean.

My goldfish have always had top quality expensive food, so when I ordered this food for them I didn’t expect them to go nuts over it like they do! They normally eat quite calmly. There was an absolute feeding frenzy when I dropped these pellets in. They were jumping and thrashing about so much to get these pellets that they actually splashed water out of the tank in their excitement. Now, three weeks later, they STILL have this same feeding frenzy every time I drop these pellets in. Ordering these again!

My fish is a four year old fancy goldfish that has quadrupled size and is eating this product very well. It helps that it is slow to sink because it keeps her from developing a problem with her air bladder. She eats it right away and it is gone within two minutes of feeding her so I know sheโs getting what she needs and I know that sheโs thriving. She is a very large goldfish, and she eats a half a teaspoon every morning

Large bottle, bigger than my local pet store bottle I was running out of. Gold fish tank stays cleaner longer with this food vs the gold fish flakes.

The fish love these pellets. They fall at a slow speed allowing them to be eaten up for the most part before hitting the bottom. My tanks do not become nasty messes when feeding this food. Highly recommend this product, best pellet I’ve found for my Koi, and fancy goldfish.

I always use to feed my fish flakes. Then I tried pellets, which I knew nothing about. They seemed to really like them. I just tried this brand and so far, so good. Turns out, pellets are much safer and your fish won’t take in air when they eat these. I like them because as long as you don’t overfeed, your fish will eat all the pellets and that should keep their tank cleaner. For the record, I give them about 4 or 5 pellets each (2 inches long goldfish). Great value too – this bottle will last my fish almost a year.

This claims to be slow sinking fish food, but it sinks like stones as soon as it hits the water. The fish actually like it, so I’m not complaining. I use it for my pond goldfish & they attack it before it hits the bottom, so I must be delicious for them.

My fish loves it. Running around to grab it.

I purchased this product before from PetSmart. Im very happy with this fish food. Because the granules don’t sink my aquarium water stays clean. I tried different brand for gold fish and in the first day my water turned cloudy and it was stinky.
Right away
i purchased this brand again and I’m not going to buy anything else!

Don’t really recommend this, but if you’re on a budget… It’s an option.
I had bought three containers in one go because I had two tanks of (common) goldfishes that I was going to feed.
Some background: I have three tanks total. 1 approx. 12 inches goldfish, 1 approx. 2-3 inches and 8 approx. 1 inch. I’m only feeding my 2-3 inch with this product. The 12 inches I feed the OmegoOne pellets, while the other group I feed Tetra flakes.
I bought this product mainly to start getting the 2-3 inch used to sinking pellets, in case of swim bladder issues later on. I have more cons than pros, but here they are:
Pros:
– They sort of sink… So I guess it /is/ a good transitional product.
– I found the value for money quite decent. (another thing I quite like about pellets is that they’re quite easy to ration)
– The goldfish doesn’t hate it.
-The water /is/ decently clear but… (below)
Cons:
– I found that I’m getting significantly more algae in this tank (20g with one 2-3 inches) as compared to the other two (the 12 inches is in a 38g and the other 8 fishies in a 20g).
– I feel like there is a significant amount of waste, in proportion to the amount I feed.
– I also find the waste rather suspicious. Typically, I’m used (and also from where I read somewhere) the waste should be similar in coloring to the food itself. For me, the waste was black… So… I don’t know, it’s just really drastic. This point might influence the one above.
– And that sinking thing… I would say majority of my pellet don’t sink. Some are slow sinking once I drop them in but majority don’t.
All in all, I’m rather disappointed (mostly in myself for buying 3) but not super surprised. Though not desirable, I do plan on continuing to use the ones I bought but will not buy again.

My goldfish LOVE these! The pellets are uniform in shape and are appealing. You get a great amount of value from this and I highly recommend!! There are many essential vitamins and proteins great for fish! The pellets sink down to the bottom of the tank quite fast but no worry since goldfish are naturally keen to digging through rocks to eat food so not bad. Overall I love this product and so do my fish and I will be buying more!
