Not the greatest set of headphones I’ve ever used, but for the price I didn’t expect them to be. I use them primarily for listening to music and teams/zoom meetings at work and they are perfectly fine for those uses. My two complaints about them – 1) I had an issue with the mic not working and tried filing a warranty claim, only to be told that the warranty expired in September 2023. I purchased them in March 2024 so I thought that was a bit rediculous. They refused to reset the warranty even when provided with proof of purchase showing the purchase date. 2) Thankfully, there wasn’t actually an issue with the headphones. I had failed to notice a small switch just under the volume knob that disables (not mutes) the microphone. This switch seems to be spring loaded to disable the mic by default, so when the headset is bumped it pops out of its detent and switches the mic off. Again, this doesn’t mute the mic in the system, so there is no indication that this has happened. I’ve gotten in the habit of checking the switch position every time I need to talk in a meeting but I could see this being a real issue for gaming where you don’t have a free hand all the time.

La funcionalidad de AI Noise Cancelling es espectacular, por ello también los uso para videoconferencias, y chat de juego logrando casi cero ruido ambiente. Tengo la versión con conector USB-C. Comfort and sound is awesome but 3ft cord is definitely annoying. Unless your PC is right next to you, you’ll need an extender of some sort + another cable.
