A long review but it’s a must read!
Okay so we haven’t actually put it to use yet! This review is just the unboxing, quality and the sound of the mixer with nothing in it… I hope the video and pictures I uploaded are helpful to those who are thinking of buying.
So first this mixer is not for me!! I bought this as a present for my girlfriend who does all the baking in the house. She’s been asking for a kitchen mixer for a long time now. And let’s be honest. The Kitchen Aid Mixer Pro for $400 just for the average home baker is a bit steep. Now i live in America and yes this will plug into your kitchen receptacle. (Believe me a lot of ppl was asking this lol)
Right out the box my girlfriend and I were highly impressed. It is very light weight making it easy to move around. It is made of plastic!! Like everything on this machine is plastic expect the bowl and the attachments.
But don’t let the plastic fool you. It has very powerful suction cups on the base. When you plant this baby down it holds firmly!! The plastic body feels strong and sturdy. Ready to last for the baking events it needs to tackle. Now for the average baker who isn’t using this mixer 9 hours a day. I think it’s great.
We tested the speed and noise it makes. Listen. It’s loud but not crazy. With the TV in the background and the mixer running on high speed (6). It was tolerable. I’m okay with the noise it makes cause I know I’m getting amazing homemade biscuits or cookies.
When my girlfriend starts using it on a daily cause she makes cookie dough, brownies,cake batter etc. for sale I will update y’all on the durability.
But out the box everything was there and nothing was broken. Quality felt good. It looks great in the kitchen. I have to say it’s a must buy for the prices! Will update in about 2-3 weeks. 🙂

I absolutely love the colors and the functions on this! It has suction cups on the bottom of the mixer so it can stay put on the counter. It’s extremely easy to use and clean and has 3 attachments. The bowl can lock in place and has a splash guard cover that can be removed to clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home mixer

Got this for my wife after her old mixer’s motor died. The decision was largely based on the thousands of positive reviews.
My wife is a cake decorator/pastry chef and all around baker. So she needs a mixer to make marshmallow fondant, cake and biscuit batter, buttercream, whipped cream, dough, etc.
There are two issues with this stand mixer: it is very underpowered (the 660W marks the power draw, not the motor power, in reality it is significantly less). This results in way longer times to mix. The mixer struggles mixing and blending buttercream and the sound and vibration it makes when making fondant is outright scary. This is a very lightweight mixer (only 5.2kg) with a rated load of 1.5kg, but don’t even try the full load when making fondant.
The other issue is the distance between the wish attachment and the bottom of the mixing bowl – it is far too big if you need to beat small quantities of say eggwhites (it barely touches 2-3 eggwhites).
For the occasional baker this mixer may work relatively well, but for frequent use/heavier worlkoad you might want to look elsewhere (and be ready to pay more). Across the border KitchenAid is much more affordable, but here in Canada is over 2x the price.
Will likely be returning this unit and try a different brand, even if it means spending 2x. Sorry Aucma!

I am changing toward veggies diet so I need lot and lot of seitan, bread and pasta. That means a lot of kneading. Kneading shows true power of the any mixer. I bought the Halmilton Beach originally but disliked the C kneading hook and small 4 quart bowl. The Aucma does not cost that much more but has 6.5 quarts bowl, high power and S kneading hook.
Well since I got this in less than a week I had made many seitan, Chinese noodle which require a lot of kneading and some mixing. Works great except one thing.
The kneading hook does not have the round plate near attachment. That means flour travels up there and makes a mess which requires cleaning. My solution is to make a smaller dough and that seems to solve the issue.
What more do you need if you only care about kneading, mixing and stirring which this mixer can do easily as good as the more expensive Kitchen Aid? In my case i need to make pasta and Chinese noodles. My solution is to buy the hand crank pasta maker which i did. Nothing beats home made pasta and noodle. So cheap and easy to make with the mixer and the pasta maker!!!!!
Everyone wants the Kitchen Aid which is heavy and pricey. Sure it is a standard that other mixers follows. I can buy 3 other mixers for one Kitchen Aid which work just fine for my need and I am a heavy user. The majority of people out there is not heavy user.
If you care to show off then buy the Kitchen Aid. If you care about practicality, affordability and sensible this Aucma serves well. Works for me. It is a keeper.
Longevity is not an issue because i can buy 3 Aucma for one K.Aid. At the beginning I was struggling to decide but with Amazon great return policy why not try out then find out.
My main intention to buy the mixer is that i do not want to knead flour by hand and i know if it works great for kneading then everything else is a piece of cake for the mixer. Kneading puts a lot of stress on the mixer. It requires power, good S kneading hook and quality machine to run. I see those with the Aucma so this works for me.
Do not afraid to try different brand because if you don’t try you will never know. I made a right choice NOT to go with K.Aid.
