How great to not have to run to the chiropractor when a muscle spasms and just needs a bit of coaxing to calm down!! This is a great little unit — at a great price! My chiropractor suggested that my husband buy one of these units for a troublesome knee and we couldn’t be more pleased. The charge lasts a good long time — I’ve charged once and it’s been working fine every couple of days for a month. I’m still using my first set of pads, so those seem to have a good amount of life as well. Best of all, it’s nice and small and easily tucks into a bag for traveling.

I’ve used TENS off and on for lower back nerve pain for nearly 20 years now, and gone through a handful of machines large and small. This one performs really well out of the box. If I have one complaint it’s that there are too many modes to choose from with little difference between some of them and no intuitive organization. I’ve tried about 5 different modes that were completely useless for me but at least 3 different ones that I’ll use regularly. I’ve only had it for a month so I can’t review the longevity of the pads, but everything else is solid.
-The output is sufficient, I’ve only had to put it up to about 75% so far to get plenty of signal.
-The pads adhere well when new and don’t skip or short
-The controls and UI are easy to understand and navigate
-Battery life is better than expected so far
For the price this probably has the most bang for buck of any TENS machine I’ve owned.

I recently had major joint surgery and my physical therapist suggested I buy one of these to mitigate pain and help me relax.
I hadn’t had experience with it and didn’t really think it would work. I was wrong! It works SO well! And it comes with two sets of adhesive pads. I haven’t had to replace the first set yet. Also you can buy a set of around 20 replacement pads for about $19 separately. I recommend doing so. That way you’ll have them when you need them.
My wife even uses it to allay muscle soreness from her weight training sessions. It’s fairly easy to use, but follow directions carefully. The controller is pocket sized, so you could even use it while grocery shopping, working in the garden, etc.
I highly recommend this to athletes, post surgery, post injury, or for those who simply need help relaxing.

I’ve never used one of these devices before but wanted to try it because I am extremely active and any extra boost in recovery is nice. It is very strange to get used to using but I really like it. I’ve have noticed a slight increase in recovery so it works like it should.
I don’t have other similar products to compare it to but I have to imagine this is a very high quality product compared to most. The gel pads stick very well even on my hairy legs and it is very powerful. I can only use it at about 80-90% power otherwise it’s too much for me. The pads lasted about 10 uses before I had to switch them out but I probably could have gotten a few more uses. That’s longer than I thought they would last so that’s a plus. Lastly, the amount of different modes is incredible. I played around with every mode and there are definitely some I don’t enjoy but it’s nice to have options! Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially for the price. Great value and product.

So far this has been easy to use. I use it on my son after baseball games on his shoulder. The charge has keep up pretty good. We are on a week now since I’ve charged it. We use for about 20 min. The patches so far are holding up pretty good. For being such a small device it packs a punch. It givesy son relief on his shoulder.

Powerful little unit! Was skeptical at first because of the small size but after setting it up on my terrible aching knees I’m a Believer!!! The features and selection of treatment are excellent and easy to program. Comes with everything you need to get started with spare electrode pads. Being rechargeable completes the ease of use! Extremely satisfied with the excellent quality of this product!!! Thinking about buying another unit because of the price and quality. I have other older tens units but this is easily my favorite! Highly recommended to anyone who trains hard or is an older athlete like myself.

This tens unit is small but packs a punch.. 6 modes of delivery and plenty of levels of intensity. Compacts and good quality. Good news is it’s helping me with nerve pain after my knee surgery!!! Would recommend this product.

Didn’t expect it to be as small as it is but it works flawlessly. About as thin as a cell phone but about half the size and weight the battery last well over 6 hours of nonstop use changing the settings is easy to understand. Totally brought my back pain down in just one day highly recommended.
