Came in a good box which prootected the jade. Roller and hand tool are great and smooth.

The roller tool is very nice. If it were on its own, I would give it 4 starts. The gua sha tool was not very well made. The edges were very squared and not rounded at all. This made it very rough on the skin. I will not be using the qua sha, only the roller. I could have saved money just buying the roller.

It’s beautifully packaged. Mine arrived with a little problem, the roller kept coming apart. I contacted them directly by email and they responded within a half hour. I asked if I should try to glue it and they said no, they would ship another set to me immediately. I received the new set and it’s perfect! I can’t say I’ve noticed much of a change with my face but it feels good. I do feel it helped with my under eye area. I’m very happy with this purchase.
