I feel like I am sleeping in the clouds. Slept like a baby! I went to my cousin’s home and slept on it for 6 nights and loved it so much, I ordered before returning home. No smell!

We’ve bought these several times. We bought them for our bed, and for two guest beds. They make an average mattress feel much more expensive. We’ve had several guests ask us where we got our mattresses from. They’re stunned to learn that they’re all different, different quality and some are several years old. The only thing they have in common is this 3 inch Gel Memory Foam Cooling mattress topper. After many guests, they hold their quality and shape!

I bought one of those mattresses on Amazon that comes rolled up like a tube. It is a nice mattress but was much too firm and I was waking up stiff and sore. I ordered a pad for it that did nothing to help as it was too thin. I then ordered this pad and it has made a huge difference. I am sleeping so much better and wake up without any aches or pains. It is well made and attaches to the mattress easily. It is fairly thick and you need deep pocket sheets to cover both your mattress and this pad. There is no chemical smell. I used it about 18 hours after receipt (didn’t wait 48 hours for it to fully decompress). Not the cheapest of the mattress pads but it is much better and worth it.

So the reviews on this product are all over the place. Most comment that it is soft but a few claim it is too firm. I just received this a few days ago and I can say the sample I received is way too soft. I am 5’6″and 160 LBS. I sink into this 3 inch topper so far that it feels I am sleeping in a hole. This is the first memory foam topper I have tried and it is not encouraging me to try any other. My mattress is only 1 year old and rather expensive but a bit too firm. I was trying to soften it a little with this topper. What I got is 3 inches of soft foam that allows you to sink in so far that you can feel the side pressure on your body. You will be literally sleeping in a hole.
If you are looking for a very soft topper this is your product. Although many complain about the smell that was not an issue with my sample. In fact, there was very little smell. It expanded overnight. If you are looking for support of a topper that will let you sleep on it rather than in it then this would not be your choice. I probably won’t return it since it has expanded and re-boxing it is not practical. I will try it for a few more nights before I may give up on it. Just be sure you want something VERY soft before you order.

I was skeptical, as I prefer the foam that has the blue and white swirl, but it wasn’t available. This memory foam is exactly as described for a lightweight person. I put it over a very firm new mattress that I couldn’t sleep on, the foam made it the perfect bed to sleep on. Soft but I don’t sink to the bottom to feel the hard mattress under it, I love the cover although it has a mattress protector over the top of it. Soft, comfortable, no sinking in, it comes back very quickly to it’s original shape, no big dips when you roll over and back. Excellent choice after all my worries.
